Jessica was super helpful. I had some items that had dramatically dropped in price following the recent purchase and I couldn't find my receipt. She found the receipt and helped get everything adjusted. Jessica had a great willingness to help and a great can do attitude. Excellent Customer Service! I will continue to frequent this location in the future!

Upon entering the store, I had at least 3 employees ask me if they could either point me in the right direction OR if they could help me look for what I needed. It was nice, but I was good. I just needed a certain brand of MOUSE & Rat repellent to use in & around my garage since it's getting cold, they wanna warm home too. (Sorry guys, just not MY home!)

Amazingly prompt and professional service. I needed a quote to replace a window ASAP and reached out to all the top rated window installation companies in Lansing. Lowe's IMMEDIATELY contacts me and I have a quote within hours. I haven't even heard back from the other companies I contacted. The cherry on top is that the estimate came in way lower than I expected. Thank you to Bob Eberhart specifically.

I was very impressed with the help Pro Department Supervisor Irshad gave me at the West Lansing store today. He was busy, but took time out to help me with a problem I'm having with a refridgerator bought at Lowe's. He printed out instructions, and walked me through the steps on their floor model so that I could try to correct it myself. Thank you!

I have shopped at Lowes for many years. I love that they honor veterans- both as customers and as employees. I wanted to share my latest experience:

I researched many different smokers and ultimately landed on the camp chef woodwind pro 36. The store did not have it on the floor, but they quickly looked it up and ordered it for me. The employee, Matt, was very helpful and personable. He ordered it , agreed to have the store assemble it and set it up for delivery.

I got the woodwind pro delivered today and could not be happier-! Thanks again Lowes (west Lansing, MI) and thanks Matt for the help-!

I have always been a Menards customer but lately, I’ve been finding myself looking more at Lowe’s products. Absolutely nothing against Menards but the employees I’ve encountered at Lowe’s and the customer service has been AMAZING!!! If for no other reason, this alone has continued to bring me back!

Our go to place for home improvement. Everyone very helpful. I also like their app. It gives you the aisle and bay number of each item, which makes finding things so much easier!

I had the most wonderful experience recently shopping at this Lowe’s. I went in specifically to purchase some batteries that were on sale. I searched the obvious areas only to find AAA when the ad stated they had 33 AAs in stock.
Staci inquired if she could help be. I told her what I was looking for and she went above and beyond looking for the AA batteries. That was the BEST customer service experience that I’ve ever had! I left very satisfied with my purchase, thanks to Staci. Otherwise I would have left very unsatisfied. I will be shopping at this Lowe’s location regularly from now on. Thank you, Staci! You put the customer in customer service. Merry Christmas to you!

Lowe's. Fine big box construction store. I hope this one makes the cut and doesn't go the way of Cracker Barrel.

Have to say the customer service here has always been pretty good. I've had to make returns and they are always accommodating even without a receipt. Had issues with online orders and were willing to assist me and offered a discount for my troubles.

Lowe's is great not much more can be said.

Excellent customer service and great selection of lumber, building materials and hardware. Large variety of floor tile. Joseph is very helpful in flooring. Convenient hours and great prices.

We first went to Lowes South Lansing to get a concrete bird bath. Online info said they had some in stock. But they didn't and never did (?!). The clerk directed us to Lowes West Lansing, a 15 minute drive away. We went and success! So the five stars are for Lowes West Lansing. One star for their online presence.

Love this place. Employees always willing to go the extra mile.
