Typical Hobby Lobby, lots of products and good deals on items on sale. Most items overpriced, so not worth it to buy when not on sale. Store looks pretty new, and all areas were clean and organized.

Outstanding help from Annette back in the frames. My children and I came in tonight looking for oddly sized poster frames, and Annette went above and beyond finding the right frame and the right price for my 12-year-old son. She was extremely friendly and patient. I could not have asked for better support.

Fully stocked with decorations and crafting supplies, especially pleased with the scrapbooking section in the back - so many stickers! Plenty of activities and ideas that appeal to all ages. Staff was helpful and store was clean

I returned a product, and the return process was easy and quick. There was nothing wrong with the item. I simply bought it not realizing it wouldn't work for my purpose. I love Hobby Lobby. I buy educational birthday gifts for my grandkids a lot at Hobby Lobby.

I say this from a place of total understanding since I've worked retail: Didn't appreciate being followed around like a thief. Yes I was going up and down every aisle and was there for a long time but I was unfamiliar with this locations layout and was hella inspired and wanted to see everything they had available.

That being said: very clean store. Obviously maintained with care. Every customer interaction I witnessed was impressive. If I had to describe the employees here I would summarize with cordial, accommodating and knowledgeable.

I look forward to my next trip there ☺

I stopped twice this week at the new Hobby Lobby store in Lansing. Loni cut vinyl fabric for me and despite several issues with end-of-bolt fabric and just having arrived for her shift, Loni was fantastic! She was friendly, helpful and we were able to troubleshoot and solve a problem with a large project. Later in the week, having successfully completed the project (2 large dog beds to donate) I returned, asked for Loni but she wasn’t on shift yet. I was so disappointed at first but then I met Tressa. You have 2 amazing employees in these ladies. Do everything you can to keep them - Great employees. These people reflect the courtesy, professionalism and great personalities that really help during these difficult times. I’ll be back and it’s because of these ladies as much as your fabrics. Thank you.

Tons and tons of cool stuff you didn't even know you needed!!! Its easy for a quick stop to turn into a couple hours! Though if a quick stop is needed, everything can be found easily with nicely set up store. Need a present for someone and have no idea what to get? I'm sure you can find something easily at Hobby Lobby, and its probably on sale! 😁👍🏻
