McDonald's

Beautifully kept McDonald's. Very clean and peaceful inside. Food was hot and of a much higher standard. Honestly never seen a better looking McDouble. I don't think over seen a bun this visually appealing. I Prefer this over the one on Grand River ave. Will be returning again.

I LOVE this McDonald’s!!! The restaurant is always clean, my food is always hot and delicious, but the staff is my most favorite. Vonnie is so upbeat and is always striving to make the customers happy. Most people see her for less than 15 seconds but she makes the day brighter. Every staff member there is so pleasant and kind. I appreciate all of you at the GL McDonald’s! Thank you for being a stellar group of people.

The food is great, but it’s still fast food, so 4 stars. The people are great, the service is great, dine in n drive they are always quick!!! Interior was great, haven’t stopped in since they remodeled, but I’m sure it only got better!

Usually fantastic service and reliable. Very friendly staff.

However, may want to update drive thru hours on Google as it says the drive thru is open till midnight. This seems to not be the case as I just pulled thru waited a few minutes at order menu, pulled to window and NO ONE came to window to talk but could see them sweeping inside. Guess they closed before 11pm.

We go through the drive-through. And I love ❤ breakfast! My favorite is the bagel 🥯 with scrambled egg, cheese & sausage. The person at the pay window always smiles & thanks you for coming; the same when you pull up to the 2nd window to get your food. Always pleasant & thanks you with a big smile for coming to McDonald's!!!!

Using drive thru 90% of the time. No problems.

There's a very small play area inside for kids, it's enough for some fun. Mobile ordering and pickup is spot on. They handle busy periods well and have only had a few minor mistakes with orders. Solid McDonald's location.

I run through here at least once a week, but often more. The service at this location is always impressive, the lines move very quickly, and our order is almost always accurate. I am very impressed that despite COVID conditions and staffing shortages, the service experience has remained consistent.

I used the app for the first time and was pretty happy with the results. Placed my order at home and drove to the restaurant. Once there you check in with the app, put the number of the parking spot you're in and wait.

They were super busy at 9am but it only took about five minutes to receive my order.

Madelyn, that works at this branch is amazing. I literally never leave reviews on anything. But she deserves a raise lol! I've never gone to any other mcdonalds and had such a nice interaction. Usually it seems like the employees hate their job and are inconvenienced by the customers. But not here and not with Madelyn! She is awesome and i couldnt be more pleased with how nice she is. (I hope I spelled her name correctly.)

A employee walk up to my son and asked him if he would like a icecream Sunday. Naturally he accepted. Cool experience for the kid.

this is honestly my favorite mcdonalds, i come there all the time and some of the workers recognize me and are always super friendly. the people there are great and the food is fresh and hot 99% of the time. so much better than all the other ones i’ve been to

Moving son to Detroit from Muskegon, had to pull through drive through with big uhaul trailer....staff did a great job getting our order out quickly. Sarae brought us our food quickly when we had to pull wayyyyy forward. Sorry we couldn't do survey,, accidentally threw receipt in garbage. Great job adapting to covid situation.

I don't know what all these people are complaining about. I've never had anything but great service and great food (in terms of McDonald's food). Rarely do my orders get messed up, even during a rush. The staff is mega friendly no matter what time of day.

This is a nice McDonald's. They offer table service and have kiosks you can use to place your order. The bathrooms have always been clean.

I usually stop at the Grand Ledge McDonald's in the morning for a coffee or a Mocha. When u order thru the drive thru, who ever is on the other end taking the order is always friendly & let's u know it's their pleasure to be of service. I'm sure they r suppose to say that, however, they say it sincerely. If that doesn't put a smile on your face, when u drive up to the pay window, the cashier there on weekday morn's, is the kindest woman who always greets u w/a smile & something kind to say. No matter what mood I'm in, when I leave there w/my order, I am smiling & feeling happy. That's the way to start your day. Thank you, Grand Ledge McDonalds!🙂

The lady who takes your order in the morning deserves a medal for being awesome.

Their claim to fame is that every Micky Ds can be counted on for familiarity. And ain't that a comfort?
