A&W Restaurant

Absolutely lovely staff. Clean and comfortable. Even willing to serve a couple that came in FOUR MINUTES before close. After they had broken everything down. They never denied the couple service, however I saw the flash of relief when the couple realized it was nearly close and chose to go somewhere else. Will absolutely return and recommend to others.

We went through the Grand Ledge location's drive-thru the other night. The customer service was excellent and our food was delicious!!!!!! Thank you, A&W!!!! A+

The Food and the STAFF are awesome here! They also have thee sweetest juke box!

Best rootbeer around. Hands down. Get that frosty mug and let heaven begin. The food is secondary.

Chili cheese dog and Chili cheese fries and an ice cold mug of Root Beer. The crew were wonderful

Good ol' small town American fast food joint. Service was friendly and fast, and the food was hot and fresh. Great visit from an out-of-towner!

FAST service, very nice waitresses, she even helped us order to get the best deal and great chicken strips & fries... Awesome!

The hours posted are wrong. Was walking up to the door as the employee rushed to the door to chain lock it an hour before they closed.

Order at the counter and then they bring the food to you. Everyone was super nice and the food was delicious as always. Only thing they don't do is give you a extra cup when you get a cooler but it's so good it doesn't matter anyways.

Has plentiful parking, fast service and a nice breakfast menu

We really enjoyed coming here. Great food, good prices, excellent customer service!!! Like the kind of customer service that you just don't receive anymore you'll still get here at A&W. The Root Beer is utterly delicious and the Root Beer floats served in a chilled mug was so fun! The kids loved it! The bathroom was clean, restaurant was clean, the kitchen looked clean from what I could see. I don't really have a single complaint 😁

Having breakfast again, simple good food. Friendly waitress good value. I'll be back.

Used drive thru. Their cod & chicken tenders are awesome. Great burgers & mushroom melt is yummy too. A smile in your voice comes thru! A " I hate my job & can't wait to go home" voice comes thru loud & clear. So does a smile in your voice

My first time coming here for breakfast and it was quite a nice experience. Large ham and cheese omelette, admittedly with basic American cheese but as long as you are okay with that it was quite nicely done. Very large helping of hash browns, probably could be a little crisper but I was quite possibly one of their first customers of the day so that might account for it. Fast friendly service at a reasonable price. To my surprise this is going to move onto my list of solid places to get breakfast.

I've always loved A&W. I ordered the Papa Burger, Onion Rings and Root Beer. For me it is a lot of food. I asked for no lettuce and my order was correct. Freshly made food and it was delicious. I ordered a large Root Beer Freeze to bring home for later.

Food is really good and comes out very fast. But the reason I love this particular A&W is the employees. Everyone is super nice and really bubbly. I commend the hiring manager for hiring great employees! Cannot wait for my next visit!

Came into the drive thru to check out breakfast. The only place where you can get "real" breakfast food in the drive thru! Sit-down restaurant quality food. I was seriously impressed. I also learned you can get the entire lunch menu if you want to, starting at 7 am. The gal in the window was extremely friendly and helpful! If you're craving a olive burger and onion rings at 7 am, this is your place!

Went through the drive thru. Food was great. 5 star experience. I had the spicy double burger meal with Onion rings with the spicy papa sauce. 😋
