Went today 3/1/24 and the short haired girl with glasses (sorry! Didn’t catch her name) was the friendliest associate I’ve seen in any store since Covid, if not before. She walked me back to an item I was looking for and as we walked she asked how my day was going. After she walked away I heard her asking other customers if they needed help finding anything. I have not been asked that in SO long and it was great to hear! Great customer experience at michaels today.

My wife loves this place. Bought this Christmas tree the other night. Love her visions for decorating.

Michaels is one of those places that if I worked there I’d never take home a paycheck lol - because they have so many cool craft items. I’ve purchased many frames for my photography and had work custom matted and framed. Always top notch.

Plenty to look at. Great pricing and good quality products. Do framing in store. Very nice selection of arts and crafts.

There very friendly and helped find what I needed by showing me where the item. Check out was fast. Had a lot of staff working. Easy parking.

I'm genuinely surprised I haven't reviewed this Michael's. I'm here alllll the time! Lol. This visit was post-Hallowe'en but pre-Thanksgiving. Good time for Hallowe'en mark downs, T-Day bargains and XMas decorations. I needed a big ol' jug of black acrylic paint and sure enough found one! Busy store. Helpful staff. I think fairly good prices on art supplies.

I needed something for this "components spot" in my TV stand. I went to two other Lansing Craft Stores first... but I had a coupon for Michaels and WALLA! They don't always have everything bit I do feel like the staff here tries to keep it stocked and clean. Always friendly!

Michaels is always awesome. This particular location was clean, organized and the staff and other customers were all very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms could be updated but if you're like myself you probably have forgotten the old bathrooms by time you make it to the register with all your awesome unnecessary stuff haha!

Great place to shop in!!! I loved how much stuff they had to choose from. And when you have rewards (no points needed) every single item you buy has 20% off!! It's incredible.

I honestly love just walking around in this store, but I tend to always leave with something. There’s either a sale of some kind or a team member talks me into buying something. Not a bad thing by any means! I’m always treated kindly here. I definitely recommend going especially during the fall months. Their Halloween decor is to die for. ;)

Honestly I was a bit nervous about going to the store because of all the negative reviews but I have to say, this is one of the most pleasant customer experiences I’ve had in a long while. I walked in and was warmly greeted and asked if I need help with anything. I asked where the product I was looking for was and was able to find it quickly. Each worker I encountered was very friendly and willing to help. Going in completely changed the imagine of the store that the reviews painted for me. I will definitely be returning to this location even after the Frandor location opens (the drive is worth it).
