Pretty decent selection to be fair. Do they have everything on the shelf that you can find on Amazon? Obviously not. But, compared to any other place that is not over an hour away from Lansing, this is as good as it gets.

Staff is always helpful to the extent they are able to be. But they’re not subject matter experts in my experience, which is fine for this type of store.

If you go in with reasonable expectations about what what this sort of place offers, you’ll be more than satisfied. If you expect them to be able to differentiate between the number of atoms comprising the alloy used in engineering revision number 8 versus number 9 of number 1 of 37 of the widget you’re looking for, then the problem is with your expectations, not the store….

I always spend more time and money here than I should. Love this retailer, a good friend of mine works here too, very knowledgeable and kind staff, best selection for all things outdoors around.

Well stocked store that the area has needed for some time. Prices are competitive and they will beat others prices by 5%. I was greeted as soon as I came in and the staff was friendly and available.
Selection was wide and covered everything you would need in Michigan including clothing and footwear.

The staff was very helpful in finding a coyote,fox, and other small animal call that has been raiding our hen population. We have it on camera and one of our horses chase it our of her pasture.

This is the first Sportsman's Warehouse in Michigan. We were super impressed with the selection of quality products. I kind of expected the prices to be high, bit found most things to be pretty much on par. I think the price expectation was due to my gander mountain experiences.
From a impressingly large selection of everything from pellet smokers and pellets, to a gigantic fishing selection that included live bait fish. The staff we interacted with were obviously not only knowledgeable, but passionate about the products they are selling.
The store is huge, I didn't get to see everything before they closed for the evening. I'm looking forward to seeing the rest and getting supplies for an upcoming camping trip here. Very impressed with this place so far!

My new favorite gun shop in lansing. Prices rock the Grand opening had all bells and whistles. Great job...dogs jumping in pools, fishing tanks...gift cards, free hats..awesomeness

Really like this place. They have a lot of discounts and they have very pertinent gear.

Ordered a shotgun online for pickup and it turned out that the picture they had posted to the website was Incorrect. The staff was very kind and were able to fully refund my purchase. I actually ended up buying a better gun for a similar price. 10/10 staff 5/10 website

Recently walked in as a newbie shooter trying to learn the ropes for home defense and possible concealed carry in the near future. Got talking with a few fine gentlemen behind the counter, who never pressed any type of sales on me during our entire exchange.

Told them my situation of being new and asked for their recommendations. They happily walked me down the line of viable beginner handgun options, let me hold each one, told me all the pros and cons, and even offered experience-oriented insight due to their individual military and police enforcement backgrounds. We must've talked for 45 minutes or so. They encouraged me to do some more research before buying and come back during the upcoming holidays because I could probably get some extra freebies by just waiting an extra week.

Overall, very knowledgeable, friendly, and seemingly honest people who just want to help people find what works best for them. This location didn't end up having the model I ultimately decided on, but did have it available to ship to this location, and at the most competitive price I could find elsewhere on the internet.

So far would recommend this place for anyone intimidated by the idea of picking your first firearm. Just be honest about your skill level and leave the ego at the door.

Great place for anything outdoors and great team members! One of them being Fro he was extremely helpful when I was picking out a new bait caster. Full of energy and just passionate about the sport and his job. I would 100% recommend anyone looking for gear or just simple knowledge to get with Fro! Things like this make sportsman's warehouse my main stop before hitting the water 🤘

Well organized with decent stock for anything outdoors. Helpful and friendly employees. Decent selection of ammo for today's standards. Popular and specialty ammo in stock. Fair pricing and great sales.

I was greeted upon entering the store. Another associate asked if I needed help with anything, and directed me where to go. The associate at the sporting goods counter took care of what I needed. And I was told to have a good day as I left..... The parking lot was clean and is all set up for those with disabilities. The building itself is clean and also very handicap accessible for those with disabilities.

Friendly staff and wide selection of weaponry! I ended up getting a 22 and it’s my first. The gentleman was very nice and showed me how to use everything and which ammunition to buy as well. Definitely recommend going here if you’re new to “protection” or have a hobby in weapons!

This is a store for my husband - it is clean, the people who work here are nice, and it seems they have a good variety of outdoors gear. Not alot for women - which is a shame, since many times women do shop with their significant others.

As a 1st time customer it was a pleasant surprise. Lots of choices and competitive pricing. Customer service was very good and everyone I encountered was helpful.
