I normally don't leave reviews for places, but today I had an above and beyond experience with the #194 location. Raymond (ray) and Ann made my trip so much more pleasant and quick. They gave me incredibly fast service and even quicker yet was their witty and positive banter. They deserve praise and acknowledgement in every regard. Thank you both personally and on behalf of Doordash workers everywhere

I love shopping at Meijer. They have the freshest fruit and veggies and if you are not an mPerks member, I highly recommend you sign up. You get special coupons if you use the Scan &Shop option, earn rewards, get coupons in the mail for items that you already buy and save on gas.

This Meijer redeemed itself for me today (from a previous frustration with a different customer service representative)! Jen, you are a master of customer service! I used the $10 coupon accidentally on mostly clearance items (tiny print said it did exclude this kind of merchandise), wasting pretty much the entire coupon. But you still gave me the difference back. You rock! 😄

Plus I’m loving the renovations and the reintroduction to baggers!

I also love that items are marked in the app of which aisle they are in! Makes it so much easier finding new items.

I also love this new rewards program allowing you to redeem Mperks for cash off your basket (amongst other redeemables too)!

If anyone is interested reading on about my previous frustration, I tried out Meijer’s protein powder and was not a fan. I tried to return it here, but the non-sympathetic man (don’t know his name but still works here) working customer service refused to accept the return because it was open. I made an official complaint through corporate and received a call from Alex, the General Manager of the Jackson Meijer (there had been a small mix up there…) but he did say that it is policy to accept open food products and that the employee there did not know the policy and Alex had apologized for my experience on that man’s behalf. I ended up forcing myself to finish that protein powder, but it was more frustrating that the man didn’t know the policy. But this was like 8 months ago.

This specific Meijers was very clean, well lit, and overall was one of the better Meijers ive been to. The bathrooms were very clean and the amenities are to a higher standard than everywhere.

I did not shop long as this was a pit stop on my road trip. But having just seen the front of the store i can tell the rest is to the same high standards.

Had a small issue with grocery pick up once the team lead Sam got ahold of my mom he helped her get it figured out shortly and stress free so she could get her groceries picked up

The store can be a great place to shop if you pick the right day and times. Saturday morning is not that time. Staffer friendly and helpful

The Charlotte Mi store was super clean. Even though it's been there for years, it looked brand new. Great job on the makeover!!

Wanna meet new people. Go get groceries on a Sunday at 1pm. You can meet a lot of people this way

I like Meijer. Shop and scan app makes shopping easy and quick. Associates are kind and helpful. Meijer over Walmart any day.

The remodel is turning out great I'm not sure why they got rid of the butch counter though!

Great place to get groceries, they have a wide variety of everything.

The new layout will take some getting used to. The new lower isle heights is interesting.

The sales and clearance deals on all clothing have been so good and just beyond fair that I was able to get myself a lot of stuff on top of holiday shopping and just general items too. It's also such a clean, friendly store. This saved me so much money. The best part is these sales aren't just during the holidays. I started noticing them long before xmas.

Update: Meijer has done a great job of improving their pick up process. I really appreciate that the wait for pick up is less than 5 minutes each time I go now. Thank you for your efforts to improve this service!

I don't write reviews often. The meijer pick up at this location is always slow. The people are nice. But they say they will be right out and then I'm left waiting. Be prepared to wait at least 20+ minutes (even if your email says your order is ready 30 minutes before you arrive). This has happened every single time I have been here (5+ times).

I don't go to the Charlotte Meijer very often but what I do it was really sent a differently but I got used to it. I'm really liking the new changes! Way to go meijer!!

This Walmart had 3 motorized carts right inside the entrance, but none of them worked. Shame on you for those of us depend on them. You should at least have someone checking them to make sure they get recharged.

Very friendly customer service. Was determined to help me find the closest item matching what I needed.

Visited this Meijer instead of our airport rd Jackson Meijer right before Christmas because our Meijer was out of everything. We were super impressed with the electronics department staff. They were definitely frazzled with the influx of customers but we're still friendly and incredibly helpful.

I use their curbside service. I would highly recommend it. Thanks Meijers for offering this. Since my chemo treatments it's been hard for me to walk long durations. This allows me to be independent a little bit longer. Your staff that brings the food out is always kind and helpful
