From selection to delivery, we love our furniture! Both delivery guys were helpful and respectful.

We had a problem with a scuff on part of it and the staff at Value City promptly and cheerfully scheduled the replacements. They came today and are excellent!

My partner and I came in looking for a new sectional sofa and Reggie was really helpful and patient while assisting us! He gave us space to peruse our options and make our decision. He also didn’t mind repeating information to make sure we understood. Great experience overall!

I have bought my share of furniture and have heard the sales song many times but this time was different the sale person was very friendly very professional and very knowledgeable.Totally understand to what we where looking for. Took his time didn’t rush us he put in the work to get the sale. Very helpful to what type of fabric my wife wanted and explained everything to her very well. The delivery guys showed up and were very respectful to our home when putting thing together even took the trash with them.Very helpful to me when we had to move a couple of old pieces of furniture out of the way and helping me set my TV on are new stand.There was also plenty of notice to when they were coming.Thank you job well done to all.We will be back

Value City Furniture in Lansing was a great shopping experience, staff helped just enough and allowed us to roam without making us feel molested. The sectional we originally purchased had some problems and they were quick to fix the problem, refund our money and allow us to choose something different with a nice discount for the trouble. Couldn't be happier with the whole process, additional investment insurance really paid off with no questions asked and nothing but professionalism and excellent service. Six stars if I could, maybe Seven.

My husband and I worked with Tony and he was really professional and helped us find exactly what we needed. I wasn’t sold on buying a couch when we set off to go shopping that morning but we found something that we couldn’t pass up. We haven’t gotten the couch yet so I’ll update my review once we get it, but we got our last couch from Value City so I’m assuming my review will stay the same.

I had a wonderful experience shopping here. I’m a busy single mom & Tyler was incredibly warm, patient & easy to work with. When I came in to purchase, Tyler knew I was in a hurry & he made the process as seamless as he possibly could. I ran into a personal hurdle that caused me to pause our transaction & he was still patient and on deck to help me when I was ready to move forward. I’m grateful that I worked with someone who didn’t act like a typical “sales man,” he was very personable & easy to communicate with. If I need more furniture, moving forward, I will only work with him based on our first experience. Delivery also went well. Our couch set is amazing. I’m really happy I chose Value City. Value City was the 3rd furniture store I had visited, so I was kind of over the whole furniture shopping. I worked with Tony Dillabough and he is a superstar. He has great ideas for what will work in your living space. I'm excited for my furniture to be delivered and look forward to working with Tony again.

We have been to Value City several times now, and bought wonderful living room and bedroom sets. We ask to work with Brett Sinclair every time. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and all around makes our experience great. We won’t work with anyone else!

Reggie was great, very nice took me to what I was looking for plus one he gave me space to look and make sure it was the right choice. As a customer we all don't like pressure, it turns me away and he was great at giving me that space. I would come back again over and over for the service he gave me and don't forget about Penny she was amazing as well.

We came into value city furniture to purchase a couch, it was such a pleasant experience! Brett Sinclair was our salesman and approached us to let us know if we needed any help he was there for us, and gave us our space to search around, which was very nice considering the last couple places we were at we felt like meat in a shark pool and couldn’t get a minute to even think. This was exactly the experience we wanted, Brett was amazing and had options at any price point for us and a great inventory!

I highly, highly recommend you shop here to furnish your home. Also, if there are any union brothers out there looking for some furniture while you are manning the work at the battery plant, I am IBEW and I’d recommend this place to any of you.
