AT&T Store

Listen, Passion deserves all of the recognition, a promo and a raise! I upgraded my phone and she helped me out from start to finish. My phone had tons of messages, pics, etc the transfer process was 2hrs long. Passion was patient, had excellent customer service, good conversation and helped others in the process. The other employees on-site that day had good customer service as well. Great location.

Alvin & Sam were attentive and helpful when we went to upgrade one of our lines. They showed us the coolest accessories that would work for the new phone. This isn’t the closest AT&T store to us but we will never visit another store. The employees at this location are wonderful and knowledgeable.

When I tell you the lady passion who helped us was so good. She was multitasking helped us and everybody else poor girl was the only one at the store and helped everybody she need a raise we loved her service and would recommend our entire family to come shop with her. These are the type of people who are hard to find. she has a passion for sure,because she didn't get upset she was patient and everything. Go shop at the Jupiter location on beltline passion will get y'all going we switched from metro 3 phones and got a watch.

Came in to upgrade my line and the manager who assisted me did a wonderful job. Great and friendly personality and not just him the whole staff who were working that day miss passion and Karyme were so sweet. Will def be recommending this location to friends and family.

We did purchased two iPhone 15 pro max and the sales rep Alvin is a star he represented att and explained everything in detail about trade in process thank you

Walking into the store, Sabrina met me and I said "I have an old person problem". After her ever so sweet smile, she was so patient with me and walked me through my problem, going way above and beyond. With customer service like that, she has won my business. I had the BEST experience ever in any store ever. As a senior citizen & not sharp as prior, MATTHEW was the BEST employee ever. Patient, knowledgeable, polite, understanding what it takes to be excellent at your job. AT&T should use him as an example of how & what to do to excel. He should be EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR & pay him accordingly. No, we did not talk "salary." Just an assumption on my part he isn't being paid his worth!!! Matthew is the Best😁

Roxana was awesome! She was very helpful! Coming in I had no idea what I wanted to do. However, Roxana was very attentive and made sure I was a satisfied customer once I left. She’s an absolute sweetheart. I would definitely recommend coming to her for any guidance if you are not so sure about something. Definitely best customer service I have ever had!

This AT&T store is outstanding. From the first day that I went in to sign up, the store manager was patient, honest, and professional. He has repeatedly gone out of his way to help me with anything I need for my account. It is clear he cares about his local customers and tries to make sure everyone is happy. I cannot say enough great things about this location and this manager. Finally, a store that represents its corporation to the highest degree through its integrity and service. If you are considering giving your business to an AT&T store, make sure it is this one. You won't be sorry.

I had been so frustrated with my previous phone company that I decided to switch. Not only did I leave happy but very satisfied with the store I chose. I was greeted promptly and very professional by a young gentleman, I believe his name was Jesse. Long story short, he was able to help, explain, and set me up with my new phone company. This is a big change and this store and staff made it all much easier to do. Totally recommend AT&T and especially this location for great customer service. That the number 1 key in any type of business.

Brad and Chris are who helped me. I first called over the phone to see if they were busy it was Chris that answered and told me to come right in. I needed a new phone but had not finished paying off my current one. Chris and Brad both were so helpful in finding out and figuring out ways to help me leave with a new iphone that day. Both had willingness to help attitudes, patience, and were overall great personalities. I am thankful for their customer service, they made me feel comfortable. They are definitely assets to AT&T. I would recommend anyone to go there to seek help from them because they guaranteed will be helped and if not they offer great suggestions!

Awesome store with excellent service! - I had the pleasure of working with Matthew (RSC) and Chris (RSM). Matthew executed a flawless upgrade. He advised me on services, products, and protection. He made everything easy and set clear expectations for my future bill changes. In addition to that they both showed knowledge, and empathy after I had a horrible experience at the AT&T location at 5345 N Garland Ave. Give them an award, a raise, and a day off.

At&t should promote the sales associate to manager
