Glass N More Store

The one and only time that I’ve been there, the staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable there, unlike other head shop stores. The stores very clean and they have a large variety of items. I also love that they have convenient hours unlike the “birds” store right up the road. (Yes, I know that’s not the exact correct name of the store, But I also don’t wanna be sued for slander either.) lol. Also, I think the prices are pretty reasonable and they also have a rewards program to earn points and use towards your next purchase.

Matthew’s knowledge on products was extensive and The store is a Hidden Gem! He really wants people to smoke right and use the correct products. I can tell he really cares about what he’s doing. He has great customer service skills. He killed it today!

Everyone I've ever encountered at a Glass n More Store is knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. Prices aren't crazy, either.

This is the best glass boutique in Elyria and probably all of Lorain County.!!!! Staff is extremely knowledgeable about the glass blowers and their product line. Every time I have been in there the staff has been extremely friendly. A little on the high-end pricewise but the customer service makes up for the few dollars I would have saved going elsewhere.
