My favorite CVS!!!! Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and thorough. I've been using this location for years. If they are out of stock on my meds, they go above and beyond to help me get my meds at another location. All staff is very helpful!! If I start a new medication, they're very informative about the medication and how and when to use it for the best results for my treatment.

This pharmacy is MY PHARMACY!!! The people that work the day shift during the week are the BEST!! They are so nice and make me feel really comfortable and cared about. I get all my medicine filled here and as long as they are the pharmacists I’ll continue to keep coming here. Store is nice and clean and they have everything I need in stock. Just always a pleasure coming here. Not one negative thing to say! Thank you for being so nice to me and my family 😊

Pharmacy: Scripts are done in 15 minutes or less, most of the time. Very rarely do you have to wait in line. Pharmacists Marcus and Paul can make anyone laugh and brighten your day. Techs are always polite and ready to help with a warm and friendly smile. They truly do value their customers and always take the time to assist them no matter what may be going on. They will help you find the best deals too.

Customer Service/Front: Lovely ladies that always wear a smile and have an amazing sense if humor. Crystal is the hands down absolute best and most friendly associate of all. They are always eager to please and assist with whatever you may need. Never a long line of people and if there is, another associate will jump on a register without being asked. I love this CVS the most out of all of them in the Wilmington area. The store is full of hard working people that really do care about their customers and work family.

To start I would like to comment on couple reviews,as to going pick up medication,U MOST LIKELY WERE TRYING TO PICKUP A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE AND KNEW IT,WAS TO EARLY, And the employees see it's in system and say yes,When they go to Fill it,they have Rules to OBEY ,and the System tells them When it can be Filled, Dr gives enough to last if Not ABUSED,😂😂 It's NOT Employees Decision And far as Paul, He's Just a Dang Good Obedient Pharmacist That does His Job...AND A AWESOME JOB TO ,MIGHT I ADD..All the Employees at His Pharmacy Are always Very, Informative, Courteous, and Prompt,And are Appreciated Very Much, PS can't say same for Brunswick Forest, pharmacy..🤔 Thanks,and With this Pharmacy you'll be WELL!!

I switched from Walgreens to this CVS. They have always been so friendly and go out of their way to be as helpful as possible!!

This staff goes above and beyond. So thankful for Jennifer, Paul and Laurie, by far they give this national brand a neighborhood feel...

For the health and wellness of our beach community how about you put the trash can back so the trash doesn't blow all over the town? You sell items that MAKE trash so let's be a good community partner and help the situation instead of making it worse!

Was told at another CVS that they didn’t have my medication but this location absolutely did. Being a controlled substance I had to retrieve the physical prescription and drive it to this location to fill. They assured me at the window that they had it. Ten minutes later, when I’m almost home they call me to tell me they actually do not have it so I need to come back and go to another CVS. They assure me that the CVS almost out in Carolina beach has it so I drive out to that location only to be told they do not have enough to fill my prescription. But guess who does have enough in stock to fill my prescription? This location. That just sent me on a pointless wild goose chase and wasted a ton of my time. So frustrated and unhappy with the complete lack of communication between locations and the knowledge of the staff by the products they have in the building. Infuriating.

I haven't waited less than 30 minutes in the drive thru pharmacy... Ever.

Terrible pharmacy, had to wait over 24 hours just to have a 7 day supply of pain meds filled all while having 2 broken ribs. Worst pharmacy experience I've ever had.

Never have I dealt with a pharmacy that is so sloppy and slow . The woman that was supposed to fill my prescription was inept , rude , and obviously undertrained for her position . People like this have no business whatsoever dealing with something so important as prescriptions . It seems that CVS is only interested in making a dollar , and will hire anyone to save a buck . If you are concerned with your state of health , do yourself a favor and go to a good pharmacy . Your life quite possibly may depend on it .

Terrible customer service in the pharmacy! I had a prescription there with an automatic refill. They never bothered to contact me. Then said they would have to special order it and would cost $1000. Had my doctor call in to Costco and same supply amount was $75. This is a terrible pharmacy. Always problems!

One month the pharmacy allows you to do this, the next month its a problem. Horrible customwr service. I called they told me to come in an hr to pick up. I came in two they then proceeded to tell me I would have to wait 7 days. No phone call. The pharmacist Paul that is.
