Great. ,nice workers helped me find the glue I needed, and they have more security alarms than anyone. A really good place.

Good prices, good tools, as good as any in its class. Very friendly management. If you work on your own stuff these are the only tools you need. I've even seen mechanics with h/f tools.
There's a wide variety of about anything you need. 90 day return policy if you use your phone number they will have your receipt.
Some tools have lifetime warranty.
I bought my tool box there it had a dent in the drawer they marked it way down I ordered a new drawer and replaced it I saved about 4000 off what I would have spent on the same snap-on or mac.

Not a store that I normally shop at but I went in to buy a gift. Upon entering, a staff member almost immediately offered assistance, which I declined. A few minutes later, when I did have a question, I was easily able to locate an employee (I really liked that I didn't have to wander around to look for help) and they were able to immediately answer my questions and even provided additional information that was helpful. I don't have anything to compare this store to but my experiences with the staff is why they get 5 stars.

Went in to get a drill bit set for a project I was working on. A customer in the store struck up a conversation on drill bits. And a store employee helped me also. The gals in the checkout were very friendly also. Great experience!

Most of HFT is made in China, not that that means junk, just not premium quality. Most of the products I'd rate at an 8 or 9 . We don't always need a product that's rated #1 the best. I like to save money when I can. Give HFT a chance to prove their products are very good.

I freaking love this place. No matter if you are a pro or a novice, there is something here for you. And if you're buying a tool, like let's say a chop saw, for just household use and you're not a professional framer or something, why not go ahead and save 200 bucks and buy a harbor freight chop saw. You're not going to wear it out unless you are a professional. Then you can spend $500 for a DeWalt lol

Always a great place to find a wide variety of items. The staff are quick to offer assistance. They go above and beyond.

As soon as I walked in the door, guy let me know where what I was looking for was located. Easy-peasy back out the door with what I needed.

This is one of my favorite places for inexpensive tools. The staff here is extremely helpful and they're happy to take the time to help you understand the products you're looking at. They have a nice little welding section and a good selection of air tools.
There's always a 20% off coupon available somewhere on line so don't leave home without one. Most everything in the store goes on sale at some point. Don't be afraid to ask the staff about upcoming sales they're happy to help.

This place is a great way to get started in a very wide range of hobbies. They offer some very affordable tools to help get you started. They also have some really great sales. The staff is always willing to help and incredibly friendly. I don't think I have found a place that is more hassle free when it comes to their return policy.

I was not impressed with the manager. My coupon did not work at the register. The cashier had one so I could get my discount. As I was leaving the manager told the cashier that helping me like that was unacceptable. Poor customer service on his part. I use the coupons on my phone. What does it matter where the cashier gets the number as long as you have a happy customer. All the coupons for a particular item or discount have the same number where they're printed or online.

Store clean, associates were polite. They were out of the 21 degree framing nails we needed for our nail gun but thankfully they have an open box section where we found one box. Got in the car to find it rang up full price, went back in and they fixed it no questions asked. The manager is a super nice guy!

Love this place! I’ve been looking forever for an attachment for my drill to wax our new boat and I finally found it at Harbor Freight. I also found something that I failed to find at Walmart for the back of my car for wet stuff since we are taking the boat out almost every weekend. It’s a heavy duty plastic been for mixing cement and it’s perfect for putting wet stuff in when we get out of the boat. I would have never have found it, but when an employee asked me if there was something I was looking for, I described it and he knew exactly what I was looking for and pointed me in the right direction. So happy I ran into him that day, but every time I’ve been in there they are very helpful. If I could only sing one song for them it would have to be, “Working Man,” from my “Love Our Life” album. Maybe I could shoot my music video there???? Thank Harbor Freight Tools!

Great place to get all types of tools at a great deal. They always have a 20% off coupon available with freebies. A lot of their stuff has warrantees so keep your receipt. But they're understaffed. So if you have questions, don't be in a rush...you might have to wait a minute to get someone to come over to answer your questions. They are always busy. But that's a good thing.
