Virginia ABC

Many good liquor brands, good whiskeys and bourbons. But one may get here also many good vodka brands from Europe, since the US is not famous for good vodka.😉 Yeah it's us, Europe, that makes the best ones, e.g. Belvedere or Chopin - great Polish brands of vodka.🇵🇱❤💪🏻
But here in the US, at Virginia ABC, I could get something very special and rare, that is really hard to find in Europe... that said the very best METALLICA WHISKEY - BLACKENED!! 🔥💯🤘🏻

Really like the new allocation system. One per person per day per store is great and if you want another bottle you have to put in the effort vs just clearing a shelf at a store.

Store is very well kept and the staff is very friendly. Been awhile since I've been, glad to see that my Teremana is back on the shelf 💯

Great selection of daily drinkers and bar staples. They had some nice mid-upper shelf like the Virginia Distilling Co. releases that bought. Nothing rare, but that’s not unusual based on allocation and my timing at the store- not worth knocking a star off. The folks at the store were cheery and had good advice when I asked about some popular picks.

Convenient location & extended shopping hours. Curb side parking with easy in/easy out access. Well stocked shelves have clearly marked/promotional prices on sale items. The staff here is always friendly & helpful.

This place is wild. Either during the limited product drops that turn into a black Friday event or any Saturday evening, it's always interesting

Of the ABC stores in the area, this is my favorite. This is the one I try to go to, sometimes despite convenience. Where it may be closer or easier to get to another location, I will still try'n go to this one on Williamson road. It is still in a great location to make it on the way to just about anywhere. Really clean, and very well organized. But the real reason to go to this location above the rest, is the people who work there. Friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to be helpful. They don't make you feel rushed or anything like that. Just a pleasant experience for something as mundane as buying a bottle of liquor.

This store is shady as f. The customers argue and fight with each other. Only good thing about it is its next door to Wendy's.
Large chocolate frosty please.

They were so great. I was looking for Xtabentun liqueur and they did not carry it; however, they searched for other stores that carried it and provided their locations. They really went above and beyond to help me find what I wanted to buy.
