They didn't have my size of the shoe i wanted in store so they delivered it to to my house for free super fast shipping it arrived in two days really friendly and helpful customer service and lots of great deals I got a pair of shoes for my daughter at the same time for buy one get one half off.

No pushy salesman. When you do need help they are quick to help. And are very helpful.

We are so extremely happy with all of the girls at this location! The manager goes above and beyond to ensure we are satisfied with our selections. All of the associates are phenomenal, and so incredibly helpful! This has become our new favorite location! Keep up the excellent customer service ladies!

The customer service I got was fabulous. Cathie took the time to help me find shoes that met my specific needs, explained the pros and cons of the ones I liked best to help me narrow it down and was patient and friendly the whole time. Her knowledge level was extensive and she made the whole process so much easier for me. I strongly recommend this store and I would add to ask for her if you are having trouble narrowing your selection. She is fantastic!

The floor manager is amazing very helpful & nice amazing with people. She helped me find what I was looking for & has helped me with my returns or exchanges before with a nice attatude unlike some employees. I give her a 5 star, if possible 10! Before I forget they always have amazing deals going on 👌 one of my favorite stores to shop for shoes.

Got to say amazing customer service. The woman with associate (# 265165 )because there is no name on my receipt was amazing! Took me right to what I needed and had me checked out within 5 minutes! Definently be back that's for sure. Great deals here as well.

We get shoes for our kids here because of the quality of shoes for the price. They have a lot of name-brand shoes and a very large selection for all shapes and sizes of people from Toddlers to Seniors.
The staff is always friendly and they don't push really hard to try to upsell you things when you are in the checkout line which I really appreciate.

I went looking for a pair of hard to find work Crocs with no slip soles. The employee that helped me got me a pair of insoles for my specific foot pain which worked great, she took the time to help me until I had everything I needed. Great customer service!

Walked in not even knowing they were there. Looking for sandals in the middle of winter for a vacation and the sales lady did everything in her power to help me find the right shoes. Sale prices were great also.

I ended up not liking the shoes I bought and was able to exchange them in a matter of 15 minutes. Grateful for the hassle free experience

When you visit Famous Footwear it would behoove you to seek out Cathie, she is VERY knowledgeable, a Podiatrist in her homeland Canada with that being said she will steer you in the right direction for the shoes that YOU NEED and not what you want.
