Best Buy

There have been things that haven't quite made sense to me while dealing with best buy but overall customer service has been exquisite and there geek squad service is impressive as well. I've purchased 2 tvs and a refrigerator from bb in last 3 yrs. I really feel they've been as good and often times even better than i could have expected in that time.

I haven't been to the Best buy in so long but my experience was amazing. I purchased a refrigerator and received excellent service. One of the members from Best buy came out and loaded it up for us and we even had a friendly conversation before we were on our way out. I had a great experience.

We came in for a certain product, and sadly could not find it. When asking for help we did not receive good customer service. However, we found one eager and helpful employee named TYLER that was more than willing to help us! He walked the entire store, searching physically and on the computer to help us. I have gone in to Best Buy before and have not received good customer service but was really impressed with this employee and his customer service! Because of the way he performed his customer service we gave a 5 star rating! Even though we did not find what we were looking for.

The printing associate, Kim is amazing. I had a small job and she took the time to fit me in. She also assisted another customer to meet his insurance deadline. I could tell she was swamped yet smiled and offered the best in service. She is a keeper!

This is the second time l've went to this particular Best Buy and receive five star service from one employee by the name of Austin. This man deserves a raise because the first time I came in to disestablishment no other sales representative approach me try to assist me, but Austin did and help me find the best computer for school because of his help in the selection of my computer I definitely came back when I needed help with a new purchase. Once again, no other sales rep approached me nor the sales rep asked me if I needed help, but somehow Austin and I cross paths again and he gave me the best help and saved me a lot of money yesterday. 4/1/2024

5 stars for Toby. Seriously, he is awesome. Jamie is great too! The rest is chain store stuff I would rather do online.

My go-to Best Buy. Whoever the girl was in the computer section deserves a raise, she was very bright and helpful.

So many ppl here that aren't paying. Do they not understand, This is why the park has water, bathrooms and it's clean. Because it's ppl Like myself and others that follow the law and pay to play.

This is a excellent store with great help, only thing negative here in all honesty is the need for the manager to make sure they hire people with actually skill to assist people on electronics they do their best I give them that but one guy kinda irritated me in the computer section.

I build computers and servers and mess around alot he was trying to be a know it all.
I thought it was a joke when he said that a HDD is better than a SSD for a boot drive come to find out after awkward laughs that he was being serious.. lol

Today I went to get a laptop and Mario took great care of me, he was very friendky and professional and he did excellent job.

The employees of this store were absolutely awesome, while I was shopping here i got checked on quite a few times and as a customer it truly makes me feel valued. As for their selection, it was bewildering how much variety they had.

I went in and was helped right away. The clerk showed me different things that met the requirements of what i was selecting. Then he went and put them on a cart and pushed to the front of store where he sent info to the check out! I paid quickly and was told to drive car to loading zone where they loaded me an sent me on my way!
Great experience over all...I had not been there for years as i am from out of town....

Good store went to go buy a pc for my niece she really loves it the guy who help me out was really helpful

This Best Buy location has a great selection of products and also very nice employees.

Great deal on the perfect TV. Financing was easy to use. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

This particular Best Buy was very clean and had great staff. Maria was the best!! Her staff of Blue shirts were very helpful.

Had great experiences with Best Buy but a few issues have happened. I bought a tablet online for pickup and forgot to buy the protection plan but wasn't able to buy one on-site until the next day because of system limitations.

Friendly staff, not too busy. Good selection.😀
