Office Depot

I recently went into Office Depot for a print job and it was an overall great experience. Hayden helped me get my print job done correctly and within a timely manner he was very informative and helpful. It’s nice to see that there’s still people with good work ethic, that’s hard to come across now a days.

The Richland Seniors Association is a volunteer non-profit organization offering seniors opportunities to avoid isolation. Office Depot provides outstanding copy services enabling the RSA to pursue its mission. The copy center staff are experienced, friendly and very efficient. The RSA is thankful for the support of Office Depot, and highly endorses the Office Depot copy center in Kennewick, WA.

Office Depot had what we needed, and what made the visit even better was the personalized help we had from Daniel. He answered all our questions and took time explain to show us options. Thank you Daniel.

This store has made a tremendous turn around lately. Service is outstanding but stocking is behind and frequently moving.

Assistance today was exceptional. The store is out of stock in several areas and the layout is being changed. I recommend this store for office supplies that are not available elsewhere in Tri-Cities. The future is bright.

I bought the wrong printer ink and BRANDON(sales mgr) helped me find the right one. Not knowing my printer model. Jumped on the Internet and figured it out!!!!

All three employees were helpful in assisting me to locate what I needed in the store, checked when the next shipment would arrive and told me of a coupon. Very pleasant cashier.
