Food Lion

The store location was exceptionally clean and well organized, despite ongoing construction in some areas. Although they had rearranged some sections, I had no difficulty finding the specific items I was searching for thanks to the assistance of the staff. The employees were incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, promptly guiding me to the exact location of each item I needed. I was thoroughly impressed by their level of service. Every visit to this store is a delightful experience, and I eagerly anticipate discovering the new deals they have in store for the upcoming week.

This Food Lion seems clean and is easy to navigate. I had no problem finding my list items but a couple of fellow shoppers were not as lucky.

I used to work here, and very well may work here again in the future. There isn’t much to say regarding the grocery store itself: the produce is fresh, most items are well stocked, the staff (my former coworkers) are mainly friendly and welcoming; there is always a bad egg, ya know? The store manager Trelita is extraordinarily nice. I’ve watched her calmly handle unruly customers. The prices are much lower than Harris Teeter (sorry HT, love you) but that is not at the expense of the quality of the food. The only down side is that the shopping center is on a hill. But let’s be real: that’s a first world problem if there ever was one.

I grew up just down the road from here many years ago. It was actually a delight to see my father welcomed like Norm from Cheers. It's a good place, decent prices on food and a pretty good location down the road from North Hills. If you ever need something quick, I'm sure this store has what you need. The employees are very nice and always welcome you with a smile.

I fiund everything I wanted. It was a short pop in visit.i know the store very well, so it was easy.

This is my go to Food Lion. It is always clean and well stocked. The people who work there are ALWAYS friendly and fast. I was there tonight and a woman was complaining to the cashier about something that had nothing to do with Food Lion, holding up the whole line, and they opened 2 other registers just to keep it moving. They run a tight shift.

Also, the staff is really helpful and hard-working.
I was checking out, and Tyrique was cleaning floors and scanners, while also helping to check customers out. Really great people.

Good good lion. Doesn't have a huge selection as compared to others but it is good for basics. The produce is usually really nice. They parking is fine as well. Kind of in a strange location, but bot too bad to get in and out of

Suzy went above and beyond to help me and my friend last night. We just made it before closing and Suzy took great care of us. She was not even mad that we came last minute. In fact, she was very polite and super friendly. Great example of leadership! Thanks again Suzy!!

Food Lion is a moderately priced grocery store. It has a large selection of items including gf. This particular on (Colony Shopping Center on Six Forks Road) has a great staff. The cashiers are friendly and everyone is willing to help you.

Customer service great as always. Came into purchase Oxtails they ran out the Butcher was very friendly.
He informed me he'll have some in on Friday.

As a veteran I worked there for 12 years before I retired and I love this store I go up there it's almost like I'm in the stores DNA and a lot of my old customers, and we share conversation and that's how you develop customer service and you have repeat customers that way but being kind doing customer service but your job requires that I love the stores I call it my family store and all the managers there are very friendly and they know me they go out of their way to help when I ask for something that's not in stock and it's just a wonderful store

A great place for your food needs. Prices are good and they have a variety of foods for everyone like Hispanic, Asian, international, etc.

Good quality food, and their produce has definitely gotten better over the past few years. Best prices for meat in this area of town. Employees are always helpful and knowledgeable.
