I enjoyed shopping at CVS at six forks location. My experience has always been a wonderful one, it is also in a very convenient location. The staff is vey friendly, patient and always ready to assist with anything. The place is well stocked and easy to find what you need.

Yesterday evening on June 29th me and my father entered the store so that he could use his new OTC benefit from his health insurance. This was the first time my father has went through the process of doing this and was very confused. We figured out the shopping portion of it on our own However when we got to the register it was something new not only for us but for the young lady that was assisting my father. Jasmine ( I hope that is spelled correct) had never done one of these transactions before because there was literally an update that was done to the system a few days prior. (Per the agent we called) Neither her nor my father could figure out how to do this transaction. But Jasmine was super patient and she allowed me to call the OTC company to help walk us through it. She was an excellent agent, had the best customer service I've ever seen, and was not only patient with us but also the other customers that were coming in. Jasmine is a perfect example of what a customer service agent should provide. Patients friendly and willing to help and learn. I know often working with older people in this environment they can get cranky but she's the perfect person to deal with them.

The pharmacist in the store consistently goes above and beyond his regular duties to be helpful. The other day I was picking up a prescription that was expensive and was not covered by my Insurance carrier. He took the initiative to go online and get a coupon for the medication they cut the cost more than 50%. He then came out of the pharmacy to show me over the counter medication‘s that I needed. The pharmacy also has two or three tax that are also hard-working and conscientious. I highly recommend the small store to meet our medication needs.

I stopped in to have passport photos taken, and the staff couldn’t have been nicer! What a fun experience! I got good advice for getting my passport up to date and Kwinette was extremely helpful. Thank you all! 😊

We use this CVS drive through all the time. Exceptional customer service experience. Got our flu shots and covid shots here. Best CVS in town.

Pharmacists Mark and Joseph are nice and helpful. The techs are helpful, too. They've got loads of prescriptions, so if they seem hectic or not smiling, that really doesn't bother me. If you've worked with the public before, you know how that is. I think they all handle it the best they can.

They had a power glitch while I was there which crashed their computer systems. Amazingly, the pharmacist was still able administer my flu shot in a timely manner while concurrently diplomatically dealing with annoyed impatient customers and managing the system reboot. I do suggest they get an instant-switchover backup generator though. No system should take THAT long to come back up.

Cynthia was amazing! I walked in and asked where i could find sole inserts for my shoes. She knew exactly where they were and even walked me to them. She let me borrow some scissors so i could cut them to size before my night shift! While i was sizing the insert, she greated every customer and was rather pleasant. Excellent customer service should always be recognized. Thank you Cynthia!

I've been going there for years. It is a really good CVS. The pharmacist Mark is fantastic!

Love the pharmacy staff! They always are on top of refills and making sure our experience is a great one! Mark in the pharmacy has such a great sense of humor!

Always greet me at the door and everyone is very friendly and happy! Wish their chocolate selection was better...luckily I work at Harris Teeter lol Anyways, great CVS in my book👌🏼

Many of the same, friendly and diverse faces over 10 years of patronage. No complaints come to mind in a decade of visits.

I found the CVS to be very neat and very well-stocked.

Pharmacy closes at 8. Their website says 9. I drove there, arriving at 8:08. The pharmacy was shuttered.

Never done me wrong. Kindest group I have had the pleasure to meet sense I have moved here.

Great store. The staff always welcomes me when I come in and ask if I require and assistance.

Great Place to pick up a few items when you need something quick.

CVS is nice but they can nag sometimes.
