Really good customer service. The pharmacist working the drive their window today around 2:15 is the nicest pharmacist I have ever dealt with. Thank you for your great service!

Best customer service of any drugstore I’ve ever been to! We live around the corner & go in a lot. John is the sweetest man alive! They happily let me refund / exchange items that I haven’t had original packaging or receipts for. It is truly a family neighborhood drugstore & we love them! Pharmacy is great too!

I love shopping at Walgreens, because I'm always getting free stuff from reward points! The North Hills location is the best I've ever been to. The staff in the store are all friendly and helpful, and it's pretty easy to find everything.

The staff always help. I’ve been going since I moved to Raleigh five years ago. I love them so much, I’m going to hate it when we move. They’re so helpful and diligent.

Clean and well organized Walgreens. They have a bigger variety of products than your regular Walgreens. Staff have always been friendly any time I visit.

Located at a busy intersection on Six Forks Rd, the location offered the same convenience, selection and friendly services.

Stopped in to get my covid and flu vaccine. I got them about 45 min after my appointment. I was in there at 5pm and they were super busy so it is what it is. I didn't get too upset, they had really good clearance and that kept me occupied for a while. The woman who administered my shots was a gem! She was pleasant, easy to talk to and joined me in searching for Wheres Waldo on the wall. She was great and it made up for the wait. The girls at check out were lovely. A bunch of my clearance rang up wrong. Most places the clerk will get irritated or give an eye roll if you point out the mistake. Not these girls, they patiently handled the issue and I never felt like a burden. It was a relatively positive experience. Giving 4 stars for the sake of the staff. It doesn't get that 5th star because the wait was a bit much since we had an appointment. Room for improvement there!

Fairly well stocked and the pharmacy has been good in answering simple questions. Staff if you can find them have been helpful.

Today was my first time at this Walgreens store. I only needed to buy a 12 pack of Aquafina water, but the customer service was great and the check out process was fast. I plan to frequent this Walgreens location in the future.

When they are out of a generic, you want in line for days? ( behind the others who have scripts)for it to be filled, at least according to the blue jumpsuit girl. (....or pay $700 more than you typically do)

Karen is the only pharmacist who has a personality and compassion. She really has tried everything to help. Mostly the people who have worked there for a while are great.

However, today, they must have new people working in the pharmacy because the “navy blue workout suit”girl was hateful.

So think about an independent.

Very nice but very slow. Took 45 minutes to get a flu shot even with an appointment and filling out the paperwork before arriving.

This review is slightly difficult as its really a 2 part review. If I were rating solely the cashiers for the retail side I would give them negative reviews if I could on here. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. They are not trained on their products and value socializing with their coworkers over addressing their customers. I would never ever come back here if this was my only experience.

Round two: the pharmacy staff are excellent. They provide great customer service and genuinely want to help you and will go out of their way for accuracy which is important to me. If I was solely rating their pharmacy this would be a 5/5 review. I have never been so happy interacting with pharmacy staff.

Part 3: pharmacy phone system needs some tweaks. When my prescription is ready I get 3 phone calls and 2 texts over a 2 day period. Ok. I get it. My RX is ready and I need to come pick it up this very second.

So overall sadly I will give this place a 2/5. The only redeeming quality is the absolutely amazing pharmacy staff. Walgreens is blessed to have lucked out with these guys.

This pharmacy SUCKS! They changed their working hours to 9am - 5pm which is highly inconvenient for people who have a job. For the last 3 weeks I been having a difficult time picking up my prescription from them because they ALWAYS close early. I tried to call today beforehand to make sure they are still open and they didn’t answer the phone. It wasn’t even 5:00 yet

One woman working in the pharmacy (gray hair and glasses) had a nasty cough and kept coughing INTO HER HAND while she was using the computer and handling my cards and prescriptions.

My adult daughter needed a prescription filled because she was in a severe clinical depression. After dropping the prescription at this Walgreen’s, she was told they could not fill this prescription because they did not carry the medication she needed and told her they would transfer the script to another pharmacy. She had them send it to a CVS, but after making the transfer, CVS told her they didn’t work with her insurance. She went back to Walgreen’s and spoke to the pharmacist who told her they COULD fill the prescription and that they would work with CVS to transfer the prescription back. Next day, still not transferred back and since it was now Friday, she would have to wait until Monday to pick up her prescription. Mind you, she began this journey on a Tuesday which means the turn around for medication for a clinical depression became 6 days.

Fast forward to Monday and she receives a text that her prescription is ready. She calls to verify after the whole fiasco of -we don’t carry that, go someplace else - we do carry it after all; wait 3 days - to finally hear; we can’t get the starter pack, call your doctor to order the lower dose separately. What? After jumping through all sorts of hoops and calls to the doctor, she finally gets a message that the 20mg dose was ready. Another call to the pharmacy to ask them to also fill the 10mg. Another text that prescription is ready. Finally, my husband stops in to pick up the prescription and they only give him the 10mg. Another call to the pharmacy to hear from the technician that they don’t have the 20mg script (this is the initial prescription that she already received a confirmation text that it was ready for pick up). My daughter became irate at that point. And the pharmacist became instantly rude asking her why she is taking that tone with her. Seriously??
My daughter responded saying, you have no idea what I have been through to which this compassionless woman responds, well I don’t know who you have spoken to or what happened. Then promises my daughter that the prescription will be ready I 10 minutes. She gets the confirmation-ready for pick up text and her husband goes to pick up only to be told the prescription is not ready and since there was a shift change, nobody knows anything about it. WTH? Don’t come to this pharmacy; it is filled with incompetent, rude, apathetic technicians who don’t care if their patrons are at risk and will mock you and carelessly (or spitefully?) neglect to fill your prescription when your sanity depends on it.

In the drive up pick up line this afternoon, the car in front of me had issues with their prescriptions. It took thirty minutes to resolve! Why not ask her to pull out and park and come into the store. If I wanted to leave, I could not have because of the back up behind me. Please do better next time.
