Jus' Running

On a whim, I dropped into Jus’ Running for the first time ever. I’ve seen it for years, but I don’t really consider myself a runner, so I never dropped in. I am so glad that I did now! I’ve developed metatarsalgia over that past couple of years from wearing a type of work boot. I’ve been to a podiatrist a few times, tried different shoes, different inserts. Nothing seems to be ending this foot pain. Two years going, horrible pain all day long. But I dropped into Jus’ Running a few days ago and asked for help on metatarsal inserts. I was given such good information and guidance(thank you Savanna!!!) on what really works, that I decided right then to refund some shoes I’d just recently bought elsewhere-and let Jus’ Running staff fit me with shoes that would actually help correct my foot problems. Getting to the end this review—I’ve been pain free for 3 days now! Such relief. My foot pain was actually making me have depression. Savanna knew exactly what shoes would help me, and I can report that she was absolutely correct! I’m pain-free now! I am so happy with their selection and foot wisdom. Jus’ Running has gained at least two new customers for life. 💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚

Update: February 2024 -- My foot conditions continue to lessen everyday as a direct result of the shoes that I was recommended from Jus' Running (Savannah was the sales professional). Thank you so much. I was actually developing moderate depression from every step being painful. Jus' Running did more than fix my feet!

My new favorite running store! Apart from the good selection of shoes, nutrition, and apparel, the staff and management were really helpful. They go the extra mile to make sure you find a shoe that you're happy in and that works for you.

I used to get walking/running shoes at another place on Brevard Road, but finally figured out after many years, I needed shoes at Jus’ Running.. Until I got Topos, my feet, ankles and lower back, were always giving me troubles, I even went to physical therapy/massages for a while. When i wore my first Topos, I was instantly relieved of ANY pain. I’m on my third pair, alternating with my second pair.

I had a fantastic experience buying running shoes here. The staff member who fitted my shoes was kind, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. He brought out a bunch of shoes for me to try and helped me find a pair that felt just right on my feet. I'll buy running and hiking shoes here from now on!

I rotate through several of the running shops around town, but always find myself coming back to Jus' running. Not necessarily because of their extensive shoe options, but almost entirely because the folks working there are just so nice. I love chatting with the team and have not met one employee that wasn't enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Huge bonus they recycle shoes for you and also sponsor great races around town.

Visited a few months ago to get new running shoes. Bought a pair and after putting a few miles into the shoes, started to have a good bit of pain in my feet. Jus Running let me return the shoes and exchange the shoes for a different brand as long as I covered the difference between the shoes! Wonderful shop, friendly staff, and exceptional customer service. Will always buy my running shoes from here!

My wife and I just ust came in searching for running shoes with wide width for comfort. The lady on duty addressed each and every one of our needs. 100% satisfaction, we will definitely return in the future for our next running issue. Loved the atmosphere within the store too.

Great!! store. Savanna was wonderful. She helped me find the best shoes. She brought out over 15 different shoes for me to try. She was very knowledgeable about them and gave me good advice. Love my new shoes. I will be a returning customer.

Very knowledgeable and thorough staff. Watched how I walked and really payed attention to my feet to find the best fitting and supportive options. They were super patient as I tried on multiple pairs and sizes but not pushy just to close a sale. Lucky to find a caring, local company, and that they're involved in the local running events, too!

Incredible customer service! Any place that allows you to run in a shoe and still offers returns after 15 days, or exchange/store credit after longer, is right on. Luke was very helpful with my initial purchase and Savannah was extremely helpful with my exchange!

Went in last night to pick out some new running shoes. The staff was wonderful and the new shop dog, Ben, was the sweetest pup around. They have a treadmill to test out running shoes which I love (too much snow to try outside before buying!) All in all I loved my experience and will defiantly be back!

Jus' Running and it's staff are truly the best. Thomas and Rachel were so helpful and knowledgeable at helping me find the right shoes for my feet and running style. I love this place. I was new to running and had no idea where to start! They custom fitted me for the perfect pair of running shoes and supplies. They are very careful in helping you make the best choice for your purposes and anatomy. The personal, kind and educated service is like none other. They really are the best in WNC!

My husband and I stopped to get running shoes. The sales person that waited on us was very experienced with matching up the correct shoes and sizes. She was very knowledgeable and so helpful. This is the place to go for correct fitting shoes.

I was visiting from out of town and am so grateful for the help of the staff! The man who helped me was able to select several different shoes to help me reduce my pain when running. He helped me pick out a pair from a brand I would have never found on my own. You are even encouraged to take them around the parking lot for a test drive, which really helped me narrow down the selection. A few runs after with my new shoes and I’m still super pleased! Jus running is a small, but well stocked local running store. I really like it, feels comfortable and they do a good job holding events and group runs. Really a staple in the community! The little collection of historic running shoes is pretty rad.

Staff was excellent. I wore in some old running shoes and Mandy was able to look at them, watch my gait, and listen to my complaints and suggest multiple great pairs of shoes. The whole staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the merchandise. Will return when I need shoes again.

WOW, I purchased some running shoes online 2/25/22 and they arrived 2/28/22. I’m pleasantly surprised at how quickly they were delivered. I'm very happy with my purchase and with the service provided by this company.

Great e-bike tour. We loved our visit and would recommend the experience to anyone who enjoys bike riding and those who have ever wished (or still do) to basically go downhill for miles on a bike without ever having to stop. We had no idea e-bikes were so easy and fun to use. Thanks for a great time!

Can’t say enough about how great the staff is at this store! I only stopped in for a nine dollar pair of shoelaces, but they went out of their way for me the entire time. I even got to play with the shop dog, Ben! Can’t wait to go back and spend some more time and pick up a new pair of shoes.
