Employees at the Merrimon Ave location are top notch. Excellent customer service, and professional. They take the time needed to answer any questions and provide information. The store is usually very busy and the employees are polite and courteous and never rush the customer. All service is provided in a very timely manner with great staff who work very well together. A shopping pleasure. These guys are awesome!

I attended the Sat.noon DIY workshop as I wanted more information about staining my outdoor steps.
Adam, the store manager , was exceptionally knowledgeable and showed me the procedure using a wood block.and stain. I was very pleased with the instruction and excellent customer service.

Always a great experience at this store. Called ahead and they were able to look up my previous orders and help. They were out of what I got last time but helped me with a comparable solution.

Lindsley was very helpful. There's something to be said for buying from experts and not taking a chance with inexperienced employees at other stores that sell everything. I was in and out quickly. Parking is a little tight but there were plenty of extra spots in the back.

The management here is excellent. Matt exceeds exceptional customer service and cares about his customers. He’s also very respectful to everyone, including Veterans which I am and appreciate him very much.
