Kohl's

This is a very clean store. The associates are.so nice. If you need help they're ready and willing. The manager helped when we had an issue with my kohls cash. Great experience.

I love the Frisco location! It's always clean, organized, with friendly service. There revamped the layout to include Sephora into the center of their store which saves me a trip. Thanks Kohl's! I'd drive 20 miles out of my way to get to you because you are worth it!!

Good location with a well stocked clean store. Staff was very helpful with questions about luggage. Bathrooms were very clean and believe it or not they had a sale going on! Lol

Anita at the checkout was extremely helpful and kind. She helped us save money and explained the discounts and rewards that the Kohl's membership card offers us. It was a pleasant experience and we will continue shopping here.

I was in the Kohls at Preston and Rolater earlier this afternoon. For some reason, my order number would not pull up for them to complete the return. The gentleman at the customer service desk ended up calling to other ladies up to assist. One with dark hair (wearing a green top) and another blonde associate with her hair on a ponytail. All three associates were polite, courteous and helpful. It took some time to work everything out, but they all went above and beyond to resolve the issue.

I went to kohl’s and Farideh was my cashier and she was very professional and helpful and had an amazing personality! I would give her a A+!

Wow!! What a breath of fresh air! JAKE was so helpful , friendly, professional, It looked like he loved his job!! They need to clone him. You can tell he makes sure your taken care of! Not very many places you get this kind of service.

First time to visit this Kohl's - enjoyed the extra spacious store and all the items available to purchase. Will be back to get some more deals!

I visited the Frisco Kohls yesterday - what a transition. It's clean, not cluttered, neat, orderly - amazing what can happen when a new manager comes in and is doing their job - prior manager appeared to have given up.

This is my local Kohl's..The employees are really nice and I enjoy the bargains Kohl's offers. Kohl's is a well run store. I always have a good experience.
