I love Big Lots! I always find something at this store. At great prices too! Nice and very well kept. Clean and spacious!

Always clean and neat. Everything is closed around them so they are never busy, that being said I hope they don’t close down as well. Associates are always friendly. Just bought a second recliner from this location and i had to update my review! Associate in furniture was amazing. Love this location.

Has a slightly unusual assortment of items like most Big Lots. Worth a visit every now and then.

The store manager cashed me out and I really enjoyed her conversation with me. She made me feel happy when I left, not like a number.

Everywhere you see there's some clearance and low price products showing. Depending on the season you're in of the year, you find different stuff. But there's also a section where you find all year items.

Great service and huge selection

I come here often for things that just can be found best at Big Lots. I was there for an oddity and I needed some sugar. I ran into Carol and asked her..."Say, where is the sugar?" She took the time to show me the sugar, and talk through the options. There was one type/brand I was interested in and it was not price marked (sugar in the raw if you must know). Carol took the time to take the sugar over to the furniture area and price it for me. I ended up buying 2 bags of it. Big Lots, I want you to know, you have a gold star employee in Carol. Some of the best retail assistance I've had in a LONG time. She is doing an excellent job for you! Oh and this big lots is a nice one.

I always find things here that I can't find anywhere else. It sucks that thier prices have gone up because I use to depend on them to get all my household needs at a good price but prices are up everywhere at this point. Still a fun place to shop. The staff are always helpful and friendly.

Excellent store. So much furniture for just about every room in your home. Most of it is Broyhill and at good prices. Aside from furniture they have so much other items from clothes to food to household items. Definitely worth stopping by.. The staff was very friendly.

WOW, WOW, & WOWEEE!!! After a visit to the Big lots, Plano, TX store, I was moved to submit a rave review on furniture department manager, Mr. Michael. This perfect gentleman made my wife and I feel like highly valued customers should with his world-class service. We were in need of some options to furnish a small apartment dwelling and Michael delivered. He shared his knowledge and expertise with us which guided us to make the best decision. If you are in need of quality furniture pieces and excellent recommendations, Michael is the man.

Okay I get it discount store, no high expectations. But the people that work there are really great and they do a fantastic jobs at really keeping it cleaned up and stocked. Espect now so great job to all of you hard workers there!

Organized, clean, & easy to get around store. Plenty of home decor, they are good at sticking current & upcoming events. Cashier was pleasant & patient with me.

I love the furniture department at big lots they have something for every budget. The staff was very friendly knowledgeable and accommodating. This location is not in my neighborhood I went there to pick up an order that I placed online and the process was quick and easy.

Michael M. in furniture is a great guy! Ask for him. He will help you with kindness, patience and efficiency! We went in just before closing on a Saturday night and he helped us with our purchase all the way through figuring out how to get it home. His attitude was awesome!

I like this Big Lots. The store was cleaner than other locations, and it wasn't barren. The staff were friendly, too. Parking was easy. As for everything else... Pricing and decor are standard among the franchise.

Michael is amazing, pure designer genius! My husband an I went to multiple furniture stores from Rooms to Go to Ashley's and no one came close to putting a room together like Michael! From the couches to end tables the man can help you envision the room of your dreams!
