Excellent customer service. Be sure that you sign up for their rewards program and take advantage of free cards and major coupons! This store has all the most thoughtful gifts for any occasion. And if you can't find the perfect gift, you're bound to find the perfect card.

So to be exceedingly fair, as a guy who likes things like demolition derby and the smells of camp fire, pine or cedar and AVGAS, the nuances of potpourri & scented candles or whatever is used to make the Hallmark store are completely lost on me. So sorry because I know a lot of people find this inviting. To be honest, it wasn’t overwhelmingly sick sweet or offensive so I’m going to say they probably nailed it.

The people who worked there were alert, attentive and not excessively close by until asked for. Again, nailed it.

Were items quite a bit more than a big box retailers? Maybe for some impulse items but the selection was what you go there for and for the 3rd time they nailed it.

We came, she shopped & found, I paid.

Added bonus, I did enjoy the Shark & Werewolf finger puppets. (Want to use with my grandson)

So yes, if you know what a Hallmark store is supposed to be like, this is definitely a good example of one done right.

This is the place to go for your card needs. They have a great variety of cards plus a good selection of small gifts. The best reason for going here is there are very kind and caring people to help you. Don't think you need the help, well at the very least they make you feel welcome and appreciated and who doesn't like that?

Love this Hallmark store!! Always well stocked. The salespeople are very helpful, but will let you browse at your leisure! No hard sell!! One of the best Gold Crown stores around! Holiday ornaments are out and you can enjoy the sights and sounds!!

Our Christmas 🎄 tree is happy proof how much we love our Hallmark ornaments. Boxing day discounts were great too!

We love this store! Everyone is so friendly and helpful when we don't know where to find something or need some gift ideas. The layout is easy to walk through, and the store is always clean and super organized. Amy's Hallmark is our go-to store for anything Hallmark.

One of the employee was so nice. She actually walked around the store and help me find everything that I was looking for. She gave me her full attention and suggestions. This place has so many items to be used as gifts. I will be definitely going back.

Great store with incredibly nice employees. They quickly rectified an order mistake. This store layout is better than most Hallmark locations I've been to because there is more room to move through aisles and around displays.

Employees were all very kind and welcoming and ready to help. What a beautiful atmosphere to shop in. I'll be going back soon 🙂
