The Home Depot

This is not a large Home Depot store but it is well stocked for local homeowners like myself. There is always help available but I like being left free to shop as I usually have a specific list of needs when I come in and don't need help.
This past weekend I received excellent service from MD Hanif when I bought an unusually large load of construction supplies and he helped me sign up for a store credit card with a nice incentive. This will help me and my wife a lot as we shop here often.
I don't understand all the bad reviews on this page. I come to this store regularly and I've never had a bad experience.

The experience was great, I bought a Lawnmower & a Weed trimmer while making a visit to The Home Depot on Hampton & high way 20 in Dallas. Customer service was great, an the Sales man was very knowledgeable about the product that I was purchasing. I shall be returning to this location if needed. Thanks for the Lawnmower and Weed trimmer that I bought from The Home Depot on Hampton & high way 20.

Always helpful employees and they become our friends through the years... Ask for Bob, and Billy great guys and there are several more just can't remember all their names... The ones that worked there the longest are the greatest... Keep up the good work guys and ladies too. Love this store because of the friendly and helpful employees.

You have a rock star on your hands with Andy Walker! My husband and I visited a total of 4 Home Depot stores today in search of a Husky toolbox. All the stores said they had multiple ones in stock. However, due to Halloween and Christmas decorations being out, most are at the very top of shelves in random aisles. The employees are the previous 3 stores were either totally inconvenienced by our need or unwilling to even try to help. When Andy heard that we were about to go out of town and wanted to wrap the project over the weekend… he jumped into action! Andy was willing to go find 2 of the tool boxes that were in completely different areas, locate the forklift driver to pull them down, and help load our truck— with a smile on his face the whole time. He really restored our faith in Home Depot Customer Service!

If my husband can’t find what he’s looking for he’ll order online and pick it up here. He’s gotten excellent service picking out his countertop for the man cave. A follow up call to my husband was welcomed. The young lady was double checking sink and fixtures.
Being dog friendly is up to the manager. My pup was welcomed here.

Shout-out to AJ! I came in looking for duct tape. Instead of just telling me it was on the aisle behind the paint counter, she said "Follow Me...I will show you." EXCELLENT customer service. I love it! Thank you so much, AJ!

Grady the worker here is very professional and so is the rest the workers here are very nice and professional I recommend people going here

Hanif did a great job helping me. He was very nice and very knowledgeable. I came in on 10/15/23.

Went and got some weather stripping for the door. Supplies were very limited, maybe because of cold weather coming in.

I called this Home Depot after a purchase fell through at a different location. Grady checked the item personally on the shelf which I appreciated and made the trek to pick up the item. Love the 6 ft folding table. Sturdy when assemble yet lightweight enough to carry.

Very helpful staff and much better than home depot

I ran into the infamous tabasco carrying man, so that was pretty cool. I honestly have nothing but respect for a man who chooses to strap a bottle of tabasco on his hip every morning. Anyone walking around with that amount of heat means business.

I was moving and rented a cargo van from here after 2 other locations cancelled my reservation. Super easy pickup and drop-off and very friendly staff in the rental center. Will rent from here again if I need to.

Typical home Depot. Well laid out. Friendly associates and well stocked. This is a bigger, more established location and they have kept it up nicely. I've been going here since 1999. Even though a couple other locations are closer to me, I still find myself back here when other Home Depot's don't have what I need.

Ryan Rickert is awesome !!! Very unexpected to have such a great experience at Home Depot. His willingness to be helpful and upbeat attitude single handedly shifted my day in the right direction.

Had a curbside pick up. I never do this and cringed sitting in my truck for all the contractors flying in and out of the parking lot. My grill arrived in about 5 minutes and the young lady that helped me load it was really nice. I wish I could remember her name.
