Goodwill Store and Donation Station

Pretty big store and the have high energy music playing in thr background. It makes the experience a hell of a lot better. It is busy so try to come in early to avoid the crowds.

Awesome deals but you must go early! they take things out daily & periodically but you can get great items and usually in working condition; however, try before u buy!

This is my FAVORITE location, its on my way home from my wife's work so I get to stop by regularly. Yesterday's visit exemplified why.
The entire store was so neat and organized. Normally, the aisle that is cross from kitchen wares has a lot of misc items as well as across from that aisle as well, where the binders and paper items are... can I tell you that ll the binders were in order, everything was so perfect. Not just that area but there was an associate putting things away from his pile high cart, and he put the electronics away continuously to keep the area tidy. There was not as great of a selection as normal, but I assume cause there was so much to put out and It was early in the day. No biggie, I was happy with my two items and will be back again. And to my cashier, Jonathan, thank you for being such a patient guy. To the staff who contributed to the stores organization and cleanliness for my visit 4/12/2023, THANK YOU!! It didn't go un noticed. I did the survey but when I added this to the comments it said it was too long...OOPS, but I had to share and encourage ya'll to go visit that location.

Thomas is always an outstanding example of friendly and helpful customer service - just the best! And I’ve only dealt with Jonathan once, but he was very kind and helpful as well. There have been some negative experiences in the past with other employees, but there’s always one and sometimes two superstars I can count on and turn to for help. Thomas should be in charge of a training program for customer service employees. He goes above and beyond and works very hard. Very impressed by him every time I’m in there.

I wanted to recognize the excellent customer service from Elizabeth the floor manager at the Goodwill store. We bought a lamp there that was brand new, still in the box. My wife noticed it and tried to pick it up and the box flap tore. Elizabeth saw what happened and grabbed the box to tape it up and returned to my wife and gave us a great discount on the item.

As much as the employees try to keep up with the customers, that are lazy and leave merchandise on the floors. It’s clean restroom are clean. When I do go it’s only for antiques. I go look for certain items. That. People over look when they get rid of them. I highly recommend this location. I do t go anywhere other than goodwill. I even donate. I had them come for my washer and dry. And they were General Electric. 2loader stainless steel tubs so not only am I a customer, when I do shop.
I also donate.

Very impressed at the way the store is taking necessary precautions to make me feel safe to shop there. I felt safe going as I was greeted by this lovely employee by the name of Sandra. I thanked her for sanitizing the carts before she gave me mine & making sure all who entered had on masks. I will definitely be going back & telling my family & friends that it is safe to go shop there

Always lots of things you didnt know you needed to buy lol. Elizabeth, the manager, was fantastic! Friendly. Helpful.

The book selections are worth a view. I always buy books here. I have also bought a few new dresses here. What made my day was the cashier, Sandra. She was so sweet the way she greets you..the way she presents herself. That's what makes a world of a difference. Thank you for that.

Very clean and well organized.

I shop here on a regular basis, but today was by far the worst experience EVER!!! It felt like I was shopping outside in the Texas heat, I was so uncomfortable my eyelids were sweating. I'm NOT JOKING! IT WAS SOOO HOT IN THE STORE! Customers were complaining and asking employees to turn AC on. They couldn't! Your employees are suffering as well they're in the store for hours in that disgusting heat. At least I was able to leave. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE TEMPERATURE IN YOUR STORE. FOR THE SAKE OF CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES.

Great location, but very busy. Staff is great, probably overwhelming for them, really appreciate their help and professionalism.

Cleanest Goodwill ever; however, during my most recent visit an older lady was very very rude to me. I was shocked, everyone else who works there are so nice! Her tone and curtness made me so mad. So much so that I'm not sure if I'll ever return.

This has to be one of my favorite Goodwill stores and the customer service is always amazing and I cant Go without giving kudos to Dirk! He is incredibly Kind and caring. Y’all keep doing what you’re doing!!!

My fav goodwill! The prices are awesome! They had great furniture and home decor items in the mornings! Their book section is great. Most, if not all, books are $.99. Their electronic section is the most stocked I've seen in SA. Very friendly staff too.

I was there for donation. It was my first experience with donation in Goodwill.
The lady who worked there was so nice and showed me the instructions.
It was so easy to do it. Just park your car in the donation station and some guy comes and helps to unload the stuff. Now that l learned how to to it and how easy it is, l'll do it more often.

This place is amazing! The staff was so helpful and friendly. They have reorganized the store and it looks great! Really found don't great deals.

Love the place. Actually, I'm planning on marrying one of the staff I met 2 years ago. Love u Jennifer.
