Tony was such a helpful and knowledgeable person. I called the store asking if they had a particular bed I saw online in stock. He checked and said they did. He also told me about the great sale going on that was ending the next day. He texted me later in case I had any questions. He responded very promptly and professionally. When I came in he even convinced showed me the gorgeous nightstands I ended up buying. In all, with the bed and nightstands, he helped me save $800!!!! Incredible!!! By the way, I'm also very impressed with the quality of the furniture. Someone told me it was questionable, but I'll tell you, I'm very picky and noticed the sturdiness and high quality of the pieces! Super excited to get my furniture delivered. 🤗

Appreciate the attentiveness and knowledge of who helped me. She took me around trying to find what I had in mind and offered suggestions and I went with it. Worked with me on figuring out the best finance options and had the best amount of patience. I went to store in Selma a couple of weeks ago to purchase some items…… I’ll stick with this store and its out of my way. That’s how great the experience was!

Elexia was extremely help. Right through the door we were welcomed into the store by her. She was good spirited and actually wanted to help us find what we needed. She was very patient with us and how picky we were. She was very helpful unlike the other stores we went to before hand. She didn’t make it seem like she was there to sell she was there to educated us in the product and better help us understand exactly what we were looking for. She stay over her hours to make sure we were taken care of. The best sales experience I have encountered thus far. Super excited about our coach and very happy to be able to purchase one with her help.

We needed new living room furniture, and Ashley’s quality and prices could not be beat. The sales persons Raia and Erika were friendly and extremely helpful.
Raia has such a good presence as a sales person; she listened to what we needed and assisted us in finding exactly what we were looking for. We are very happy with our purchase.

We were well taken care of, as always. We went to find a specific dining room set, but after we looked at others, we changed our minds. Our sales person showed us different options on the set we were looking for. We found what we liked. Then discovered it was 25% off for Black Friday weekend. Francisco was very helpful and polite and understood our goal financially and our other commitments. He worked with us until we had the results that worked best for us. Our experience was better than anticipated and we will be back soon!

The best customer service. Rubi was awesome is showing me all the products available. I ended up leaving with the product I wanted and for an awesome price. Will definitely be a lifetime customer.

Came in just to look around, ended up leaving with a beautiful sectional & I can’t wait for it to be delivered! Thank you so much Rubi for helping us with this decision, she was amazing.

Our sales rep, GiGi Was helpful and also patient. She showed us all the adult beds in the store. She explained things about the beds that were not obvious obvious, such as variable, backboards available, bedside tables that were also capable of charging a phone or other item, and the different kinds of drawers. She patiently let my daughter go through all the major iterations of the smart mattress. Usually, I don’t let the sales person manage me but I’m glad I did this time. And besides that there were many options and colors in the beds, dressers and bedside tables. I highly recommend both Ashley store and GiGi.

Rubi was very professional and extremely knowledgeable and very helpful especially nice. I have returned to purchase other items and I go to request her assistance. Extremely pleased with our purchases thank you very much.

One of the BEST customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I felt like family. Maria and Gigi were considerate of our time, our budget, and our preferences. My time spent there was worth while. Erika was engaging but also gave me my room to look around but at the same time was very attentive to where I was and spent most of my time in the store. They’re one of many financing options catered to me perfectly, I was surprised on how quick the process was with no hassle and Rudy explained and broke down every detail perfectly in terms that I could understand and agree to. It was hard to choose for the many couches that they had (given I had a budget) but Erika helped point to what is now my brand new couch and coffee table. A big thanks to the both of you! Jose Gutierrez was so personable and very patient with me as I sat in every single recliner to find the one for me. He walked the entire store with me, answered all my questions and made me laugh out loud a few times. Oh and he was not pushy AT ALL. That made for a great shopping experience. I encourage anyone looking for furniture to go see Jose! 💯🤗

We had an excellent experience today. We went shopping to get 2 new recliners but got such an awesome deal on a 6 piece sofa set with tables. Hector was our salesperson. What we liked best was that he wasn't pushy. He listened to our likes and dislikes and when we liked something he answered our questions. We are very pleased with our purchase and can't wait for delivery.

Jose was such a thoughtful, helpful salesman. He wasn’t pushy and gave me plenty of info but also plenty of time and space to mull things over. I ended up buying something for almost every room because the selection was so great and he was so informative.

We love Ashley’s & have bought several pieces of furniture over the years. Haven’t received our merchandise we recently purchased yet so just basing this review off how great our sales associate was. Mitch was awesome, so friendly, so upbeat and welcoming. He got us right at the price we needed to be at and interacted with us the whole time. Was never overbearing and just felt like a friendly conversation. Highly recommend to request Mitch when you go into this location he’ll get you what you need at the right price :)

Maria and Rudy were amazing. They both helped us tremendously. I had experienced bad service with another furniture store and was super tired for the day. But the moment we walked in to Ashley furniture Maria was ready to help us. By the time Rudy showed up the rest of the time was a breeze. Both of them helped my husband and me. We purchased our furniture and we are so excited for our living room set to arrive.

Erika was absolutely the best, she listened to what I told her I wanted. She gave me options. She executed with excellence. Great experience and overall satisfaction
