This is a family owned for a zillion years company - they really take care of you and give you advice like you were family too! They have been SO helpful to me over the years, esp with compression stockings, which are wonderful - IF they fit just right! When you buy from the Steele family they WILL FIT GREAT, cuz they measure you and explain all the options and listen to your needs & concerns before guiding you to the best product for YOU!

As for the guy trashing Steele about a $99 toilet seat - REALLY?!? YOU chose to call and not buy from them because your needs were clearly different than their inventory. Are you looking for durable medical supplies or some generic big-box-store special from China? They are not the same thing. What kind of jerk trashes a reputable, dedicated small family niche-service business like this?

I want to thank them so much for their help. I’ve been with them for a long long time very very nice people to work with and I want to thank them for my supplies and fixing my wheelchair. I just got to say you guys are the best thank you guys again.

Although I didn't end up going with this company, I wanted to write a good review because of the man on the phone I spoke to. He was very friendly and helpful.

I cannot say enough nice things about my experience here! It started with kind and knowledgeable customer service. That is very rare today. They had what I wanted and I found a new source for CPAP supplies while I was there. Great place!!

I haven't been in but called to get information. Woman I spoke to was so nice and very helpful! They didn't carry what I was looking for but informed me of other things that might be helpful to me that they do carry. She sounded very warm and made me feel like if I came in they'd be welcoming/ helpful there.

This place was wonderful to order from. They were super knowledgeable and really made sure my husband ordered the correct mask for his CPAP machine. They were super friendly. Even sent a text to let him know his mask was available. Definitely check this place out!

The staff is helpful, patient,, friendly, and supportive when answering questions about their products. They carry or will find what you need to make loved ones more comfortable.

I made a purchase during COVID-19 and specifically indicated what I was looking for, but it was not what I purchased. After sliding my card through the machine, then receiving the merchandise, I realized when I got home it was the wrong item. Now I am unable to return the item and cannot used the product. Just wasted $113.00. No resolution was offered other than ordering the right item I requested.

The people working there should speak up (from their 10 ft distance) and summarize the order and ensure it’s to the specs of the purchaser to ensure the sale is correct before the card is swiped.

Terrible and will not be purchasing from here moving forward.

I purchased an $19 CPAP hose for a friend who came from out of town, that thought they forgot theirs. 3 weeks later, still unopened, I tried to return it to the store which was closed during regular business hours. (Supposedly due to severe weather. However i was able to get there.) I returned today, two days after the 30 day return policy and they wouldn't give me my $ back.. I would have had it returned in time, but the store itself was not open. I will never purchase anything from steel medical supplies again.

Worst place ever. I gave them my husbands medical supplies to sell for me back in 2008 and I have been asking what is happening with them. I was told they hadn't sold yet. In 2011 I finally got a hold of someone and they said they had no record of my things. I explained that I had a receipt from them and all I got was that they would look into it. I called again in 2017 and they are saying that they know nothing about it. Now I can't even get them to look into it and get my stuff or pay me for my things. I wouldn't use this company if my life depended on it.

I was in a bad situation just had total knee surgery. I called inquiring about raised toilet seat,and male urinal bottle. I asked for prices to find the toilet seat I would purchase would cost me $99. , the urinal bottles 12.95 ea.,
No wait 18.95ea., I was desperate Shame on you steele robbing the handicap.
