Culver’s

So I'm finally leaving my very first review for a Culver's venue and after all these years, definitely comes out on top over some of the most popular mass franchise burger joints with the likes of McD's, BK, Wendy's, etc.

Culver's is possibly the fastest growing of any popular fast food chain, dining areas are always clean/sanitized, menu is extensive with still reasonable prices & better than the 3 burger joints I mentioned and customer service reigns supreme over just about any fast food chain out there.

Burgers + frozen custard are a statewide tradition in WI and I'm glad this awesome franchise is spreading across the rest of the country. Food is always delivered hot & fresh to you with a smile and truly Culver's is at the forefront of customer service.

The team here is amazing ❤. I work with individuals who have mental disabilities and I brought a group of them here for lunch. The staff members were extremely kind and helpful. They made us feel very welcomed! Thank you. We truly appreciate it.

I normally don’t review fast food places. I have to say I was odd drawn to for some reason.

The food at this Culver’s was very good. I have tried other Culver’s, I did feel compelled to say that I thought the quality was really fresh and when the food was bought out to me it just seemed like the cooks and staff really cared.

The service was great! I did make it harder since I had a gift card and the cashier needed assistance from another member. I did that person really was helpful in how he showed our cashier.

The ambiance was great like all other Culver’s. Can’t go wrong.

Overall, this Culver’s was great and anyone who wants to try fresh food and amazing service, you won’t be disappointed!

The food is amazing. I'll miss it when I leave Illinois due to the state I'm going to not having one. It's cheaper than McDonald's if you're okay with spending $2 less than McDonald's for 2 people. The staff are really nice and allow you to take your time without getting annoyed. Ive gone through the drive thru twice with the same results. Food is amazing, inside is clean. You don't have to worry about them screwing up your food either. Culver's, you are on the top of my list for best fast food places.

This franchise well exceeded our expectations of a hamburger place. Service was great. Food was delicious and quality. The ice cream custard stands alone. Good value with lots of food choices I wish there were Culver’s on the West Coast.

I tried the CurderBurger and holy smokes, was it good! It's my favorite thing I've had at Culver's and everything I've had there is good.

I had never been to Culvers before and we went Saturday for the first time. The food is amazing, the place was pristine, but what surprised me and my husband the most was the workers. They were extremely professional, very polite and just had great attitudes. I have no doubt that this is not the case for all the Culvers but I recommend the one in Waukegan to anyone. I want to thank whoever is in charge of that particular restaurant because they are doing an amazing job. Will definitely be back soon.

Food is always fresh and tasty! Only negative is last time my fries got left out with my combo.. but my kids love their custard.

Always polite, always fast,p always passes the test. This Culver's rules the school. Still needs a sign for the drive through that says there are more spots to wait in.

Sorry we ordered at a different Culver’s but they were so kind to give us a refund.We loved this place and the service was so kind and they keeped on updating us.

This was our first time in Waukegan & we decided to stop by Culver's before going to the airport. Wish I had noticed it earlier. The food was so, so good, and the establishment was clean. The employees were friendly. I would highly recommend it. Wish there was one in Virginia.

Always good food, and most importantly, a friendly and service oriented staff that makes you feel welcomed.

This is by far the cleanest and most superior service I've ever received in fast food. The restaurant was clean, the staff was professional and kind, and every single staff member was beyond welcoming. Not just that, it was all genuine. Management has assembled a fantastic team. To top that off, the food was great, as is to be expected at any Culver's. This should be the flagship Culver's restaurant. If I could, I'd give more than just 5 stars!

Very friendly staff and prompt service... good assortment of food to please most palates... I especially recommend the Reuben Sandwich.
