Will, in the Waukegan IL auto center, really helped me! I am traveling and I didn’t know that all of my tires had low air. Will checked everything and didn’t mind explaining to me what could be causing my tire issues, and he didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need. I spend a very large portion of my salary at Walmart, so it was nice to get some sincere help when I needed it! Great job Will! Thanks!

Nice Walmart. I don't go to this one often so I can't comment too much on the service. I didn't have any issues when I visited this store.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Had difficulty locating some of my items on two occasions, and on both occasions the staff patiently helped me locate the items despite them being busy restocking shelves.

Walmart Fountain Square location in Waukegan IL. has excellent customer service. However on September 16, 2023 I was charged $19.63 for grocery delivery. However after I was charged for delivery I was given a time to pick up my groceries. Financial Services (a 800 number that I had to call) promised that my money would be refunded within 48 hours. I am still waiting. Walmart customer service instructed me to call the 800 number again. It was very easy for financial services to debit my account. Why is is difficult to get my money back. I I WII not use Walmart delivery services again.

Annita in customer service was very helpful, great attitude, very knowledgeable,very polite, she made my day, I just wish it was easier to give positive feedback.

Great place for everything best to check before you go as to how busy they are

Typical Super Walmart, with a seasonal large nursery section, Tire/Oil change garage which also offers bulb, wiper blades, and battery installation. A Pharmacy, Optical shop, Hair and nail grooming, and a McDonalds are also in the store.

Lovely Walmart do you have a lot of options other Walmarts doesn’t have it like FedEx McDonald’s and a lot of different things inside

Always have what I need or online Thx Walmart keep up the good work. My home gym equipment is just what I needed adjustable bench, weight plates & bar storage it's perfect.

Honestly I just love walmart. I shop here all the time and the service is always great. I get to purchase a lot of great stuff at reasonably prices.

Listen, I know very little about the inside of this store, but I've been going here for grocery and pharmacy pickup during the entire pandemic. Keeps me and my family safe during the global plague and all that, so it's good as far as I'm concerned. Update 09/23: they moved the pickup to the automotive side of the building and added a lot more spaces. Still great for pickup and keeping us safe from covid which is still a thing.

Clean, well stocked, polite employees, overall wonderful experience for a Walmart.

I enjoy this Walmart. It's also gone under a massive renovation.. so, for those who have left bad reviews, I personally dont work here, but i have never had a bad shopping experience here.
Sometimes places can be understaffed.. not their fault.
Great place to cash your checks, pay your bills, and shop for your household items.
