This Store has a good prices and very good customer service and employees are very helpful always. I have only good experiences with employees and different persons who are attending in customer services. Love to have some money back in Rebates that later I use to buy some of things I use in home and they have a good variety of items like tools, furniture, cabinets, appliances, paint, wood, fences, brick and items to remodeling and specially during spring love to come to Garden center and get some flowers for better price than other similar stores and great variety of plants🌹🌷⚘🌻🌸🌺🌼💐🌾🌴🌳🌵🌲💸💳📬💰🛠⚒⛏🔨🔩🔧🧰🛁🚽🚪🛏🛋🚿🛒

So, I am not one who usually goes out and positively reviews a big box retailer like Menards but making an exception here. We just broke down our Christmas tree after a month of having it and I have to say that it was an excellent tree. Still green and lush after a month with only adding water ONE time!
Additionally, when comparing prices for trees at smaller lots which we usually patron, our tree this year from Menards was $70 (~6.5ft) vs $135 (~7.5ft).
I had (regrettably) purchased a real tree from a Home Depot a few years back that turned dry and brown after only three weeks with water changes so I was skeptical this year going with Menards after experiencing the local lot sticker shock. Couldn’t be happier with the decision to pass and get the one from Menards and will do so next year as well.
One knock on the Menards experience was that we had to drag the tree from the garden center through the store to the front register to ring it up and then back to the garage door by the garden center where we parked to tie it to the roof of our car ourselves. The garage door appeared to be singularly purposed for the very reason of loading large purchases from that area so it made zero sense. The excuse from the employee was that the garden register was not open… also, the smaller lot guys will hoist your tree onto your roof and tie it down for you: not here.
Wasn’t the employee’s fault as he was very nice and helpful to the extent he could be, but that is the type of stuff you deal with when making purchases from large retailers.

I recently purchased Klearvue cabinets for our Kitchen and the whole process was made easy by Alex, Jim and Sebastian in the Cabinet department! VERY professional and knowledgeable of their products.

OMG. ALEX made our lives so much easier by helping us build our kitchen cabinets. He is very knowledgeable with numbers and cabinet styles and super up to date. he knew exactly what i needed and wanted. I am super thankful for everything he did for the past 2 days for us!! Ok, I like Menards a lot! They have a great grocery section! Lol!! I just say they are just OK when it come to things you might need to fix or repair your home. The fact they have grocery items especially when you do not want to make that extra trip. I have purchased many things from them and live the customer service. They way exceed Lowes and Home Depot. Good luck at finding help at those stores

Always good for just about anything.like the wide selection mostly geared towards homeowners.. vs home depo primarily for contractors.
Note to checkers. If many items ,, just count and scan 1,, no need to swipe everything.

Great store! Super friendly staff! Especially that young gentleman, Sebastian. Only a few minutes before closing he graciously helped me find the ice cream coolers. Great customer service!

Looking for floors wasn't easy thankfully Gonzalo in floorings helped me beyond in customer service. He helped me cancel my order and encouraged me to use the ease of the website to place orders so it can be pulled. I had to pick up a piece to a garage door that I ordered today. I needed help. The employee’s name was Sebastian. He was a life saver. My issue was solved really quickly and he was so nice and friendly. I stop a this location at least two times a week for my household needs. The employees are always so friendly and helpful. The store is always so clean. Great prices great deals. Can’t wait until Christmas time they have the best selection of decorations! You really do save big money at Menards.

Love this Menards and the Kenosha Menards because they have knowledgeable people working who are willing to help. The sales associate stayed with us until she answered all questions regarding the laminate and vinyl flooring. Not only that she helped us understand what we needed and what we did not need in laying the vinyl flooring. Menards is great when it comes to getting the info you need BEFORE you buy.

There are few times that I actually write reviews, but with the service today I felt obligated to. A employee named Jacob helped me out on monday morning, This interaction felt as I was being welcomed into their home. It is amazing to know I can walk into this store nearly at the crack of dawn and still get excellent customer service and feel like im wanted. Menards thank you

I go here all the time to get things that I need be it paints for my various projects. Wood for house related things. Or even metals for whatever you could need that for. They also have a decent plant section to the left side of the store. Overall a good store to shop at. Have most anything you could could need for home improvement or for other things. They have the tools for it too. The staff are also always a pleasure to talk with. never had I had someone who seemed unknowledgable or was rude. Overall a great store and I would recommend taking your business here.

One of the best Menards I’ve been to for shipping and receiving as for a semi. Most places are the same but this place was clean, very open, lots of space and easy to drive in and out.

First time visiting this store, surprised that it has so many things that I don't usually see in a hardware store. It has pet stuff and art supplies too! Not as many as other specialty stores but it was a good find for me.

My favorite place to get my DIY materials at a good price. Garden, lighting, some tools and miscellaneous items. Their app makes finding what I interested in easy-to-use. Highly recommended

They have a huge bag of indoor/outdoor potting soil for a great price. I buy my dirt from here during growing season and it never let's me down. The cashier was super friendly.

I mostly shop Menards for their lawn and garden. They have everything I need any time I go in. Their prices are reasonable and they have a very good selection of plants and flowers. My only gripe is when they have their 11% rebate that you have to fill out a form and mail it in to receive the rebate. There should be a quicker way to process and receive the rebate, even better would be an instant 11% rebate.
