5 stars because the manager was really sweet to try and help us. I had ordered a mobile order ahead of time when my sons bball game was finishing and we were running a bit behind. By the time we got there the food was lukewarm and the manager offered to make the whole order again, but I had all the kids waiting. It was the thought that she wanted to go above and beyond for us to have hot food!

10 Stars! Absolutely outstanding! Ordered from the kiosk, grabbed a number and 1 min later they delivered the food to the table😀🤗🙃. I watched 6 huge ordered fly out the door. And team was mopping and cleaning. Everything was pipping hot. The most unexpected awesome service I have ever received in a fast food restaurant.

They have remodel this mc Donald's it super nice now check the before and now pic the staff are friendly and courteous excellent service every time I visit the restroom always clean. Fire place and television it's awesome there. You will find a few indifferent characters because of the hotel next to.

I was visiting family, I'm from Albuquerque, I went to the drive thru to pick up breakfast. This was by far the nicest McDonald's I have ever been to. The staff was super friendly and my food was hot, fresh and delicious! Thank to the two gentlemen at the windows who made my morning great!

Every time I order my 3 cream 17 sugar coffee here. They get it perfect. They're fast and so friendly! Lunch time?? Even faster! They've got a great team here!

It's beautiful inside! Great service. I had the quarter pounder which is odd for me as I never order beef anything when I go there. It was juicy and fresh. Probably will have it again. Great job redoing the entrance as well.

The thing that I like this I had ordered a sweet tea and due to my health it was just too much sugar and I went back and he exchanged my drink without question so you know the customer service is really good I thought the sweet tea would be great but it was just when I accepted I could taste it it was just too much sugar for me at my age so he was very nice to meet to get back and gave me what I asked for without a question

Quick and fast. Well organized. Got the spicy chicken deluxe. They were kind enough to add a cup of water at the window.

It's actually a very nice McDonald's. Food is standard but expected. Very spacious and tables are mostly clean.

This McDonald's is always nice to do business with. The workers are very friendly and helpful. The food had always been fresh and the fries are hot.

I live within walking distance of the McDonald's on N. Lewis, in Waukegan, IL. I think I ordered the daily special which was 2 Bacon Quarter Pounder Cheeseburgers. I don't normally get the Cheeseburger. I would rather the have just the Quarter Pounder Hamburger. This is the only McDonald's in this area that has it. I could get it at other locations but I get charged for the Quarter Pounder Cheeseburger...they just don't put cheese on it. Sorry, but I am not going to pay the same price and then still have to pay for them NOT putting cheese on my burger! They don't charge me regular cheeseburger price for a regular hamburger!
When was the last time anyone got charged for leaving off the cheese?

In and out in 5min with my breakfast 280 muffins and a hash brown and a small Coke I give them four stars today

The manager helped me and he was very nice and gave me my food exactly how I asked I will go back to Grand and Green Bay in Waukegan Illinois🤗👍🏾
