When we walked in around 5:15pm to go to the cafe the line was really long, so I ordered via app. Omg, Emily was very calmed and collected when people seemed kind of getting antsy. She acknowledged that I was there to pick up my food and gave me a heads up that it’ll take another 3 more min. I told her it was fine and that she was doing a great job and said good luck.

She was very thankful. I’m more than pleased with her and would definitely recommend!

Great hire manager. Emily definitely deserve a raise.

I haven't been disappointed since we joined. It's definitely more inviting than Costco. If you really know what you're looking for, you can save yourself a lot of money. But if you are not aware of how much things cost elsewhere, you're going to spend a lot more than you should. Some of the smaller items, you can go to Walmart next door. And absolutely save some money. I like how they have the giant refrigerator set up, keeping things cool and out in the open which is better for the shoppers. I wish they would put the plastic strips hanging down, they would save themselves a lot of refrigeration cost.

Their pharmacy is well stocked, and the bathrooms are extremely clean. 😊

Very crowded for a Saturday, but I have scan and go app, so it's wonderful. Staff here was very helpful in answering all my crazy questions!

Nice location with a spacious open layout. Easy in out for parking and Sam’s gas station onsite as well. Right next to Walmart to get all the supplies you need.

Love this store during the week day not in weekend.
If you know what you to buy great saveing vs Costco. Great service too. If use Sam's club app "scan and go " you always skip the lines for check out.

Sams club. I buy things here. In bulk. Simple. But tbh, I just like being there low-key lol. Oh and they left the remote out so I could watch YouTube so 10/10 location in Gurnee. It's a vibe.

Great deals for great amounts of food, scan and go is amazing and so fast, it was a quick in and out experience

Back to school snack shopping! Buying in bulk is so much easier than periodic trips to the store. And with District 34 updating snacks allowed this year our daughter has many choices to choose from this year!

The speed bump in the parking lot is too big. Screeched my tires stopping to avoid damaging my car. But like this Sam's vs the one in Vernon Hills.

I just left the Sam’s Club in Gurnee, which I frequent and I just wanted to write a quick review on the one of their cart pusher name, Manny. He is awesome and a very hard worker. He saw me struggling with one of my boxes, which was a lot heavier than what I thought and he stopped to help me put, my box in the car. Just wanted to shout him out because most young kids seem to not want to go over and beyond their job requirements and he’s not one of those. THANKS MANNY

Went to Sam's club in Gurnee today 1/19/23 and my kids were hungry so we went to the food court. The line was really long and there was one young lady there all by herself efficiently taking orders doing a great job. I was amazed at her ability to maintain her composure because the store was about to close and people just kept coming and the line seemed to keep getting longer. In addition to being efficient she was really sweet, helpful, and attentive. She continued assisting customers until she ran out of the last pizza, which I purchased for my hungry daughter. Customer service really goes a long way and I just think the young lady need to be recognized.

Went to this Sam's Club store for some shopping and found out there is a Walmart next to it which for me is the first time I see this and is great because now I have my two favorite stores in one place.

A lot of brands here to shop around and they opened up more self checkout aisles. I just wished they would have a status on the cafe on their website because the hours vary and I find it very annoying to come in within their limited hours and see that its closed already. I understand that they only have so many food items for everyone but just be aware of this in advance.

Other than that, it's a very great place with nice deals!

I mostly check out using self check out and always have problems with my debit card. Marcella is always right there to help. She is so patient and kind.. not sure how she
pays attention to customer needs while sweeping up the area, but is always there to help. Great employees

I had a taste for a chicken pot pie and the one from Sam’s Club did not disappoint. It was flavorful comfort food with enough crust to satisfy every mouthful. Highly recommended

Really happy with self check out when i only have a few items. Pam is awesome and so sweet. She helped me with my debit card. Always seem to have trouble getting it to go through. Only happens at Sams???

This is my go-to place for shopping. Well stocked. Although some of my favorite items may no longer be available or no longer stocked. Items may be difficult to find as they move items to a different aisle sometimes. I recommend their optical department as their price for lenses are lower than optical stores in the area. Their frames may be limited but are affordable.

My shopping experience is getting better all the time. With the ability to scan items on your phone as you put them in the cart and the ability to pay from your phone, I feel much safer to shop at Sam's Club. Also their product quality is getting better all the time. Overall a very pleasant shipping experience.

Sams in Gurnee was great. Store was big and huge selection of items. We scored on some great deals and it was even better to shop freely on a Sat afternoon. Store was not super busy like in the city and staff was welcoming, cheerful and approachable.
