Last weekend I had 4 orders in and instacart did not get it right. Called headquarters and outside of refunds the supervisor at headquarters never called back as promised. It took Shirlington managers to help me out.
I can't thank you enough !!!!

This is a terrific neighborhood store. Having a pharmacy a real plus. I can do a lot in one place. The staff is very helpful, they not only answer all questions they will take you to the product you are looking for. Parking is covered and plentiful, you can always go up a level and take an elevator. The pharmacy is great.

Now that they have transferred that idiot store manager I encountered sometime back I am back shopping at this store. Everything in stock as advertised, some good specials and some really helpful employees. A big shout out to Kenny who works primarily restocking dairy. He is always most helpful and approaches customers to help them rather than waiting for them to ask for help. Great employee..!

Best ever Grocery store in twenty miles. My wife was GM of whole foods. She talked about how
a good store is run and I work next to this store. Everything is perfect. Especially the employees. Always friendly, kind and helpful. Beyond being polite. I feel I'm welcomed.

I got the best customer service today from this specific store. I had some issue that I needed to be taken care of involving money order and Miss/Mrs. Wendy Jo, first of I really wanna say thank you for your great humility and personality, she took her time and dealt with me and solved what I needed. This are the kinda of employees you have to keep so that we will come back again and again, and I just wanna say Miss/Mrs. Wendy Jo is such a gem for this specific store. Thank you again for the best customer service.

The folks at the deli department are AWESOME!! I go in sometimes for Boars Head roast beef and they slice it just right and they have the best attitude.

Huge grocery store that is somehow hidden in Shirlington. Super clean and plenty of parking except on weekends. Usually go for Aldi's for price but this is a great store if I was in a rush.

Love this Harris Teeter! We've been using their express lane option to pick up our groceries, and it's been wonderful. The employees are kind, considerate and do their absolute best. There's no instacart mark-up either, you get the usual Harris Teeter sales and prices and pay a flat fee. I drive from Maryland each week to get my groceries from here and will absolutely be continuing

Staff is attentive and friendly. Ashley made me the best cheese steak sub I have had in a long while. The bread is baked fresh in store and holds the meat and cheese well. I highly recommend Harris Teeter subs and pizza.

It can be a bit confusing finding everything you need, especially with two floors, but the quality of service of the staff is excellent here and more than makes up for the (minor) difficulty. The prepared subs are great for lunch, the prices are fair, especially with the rewards card, and it’s well stocked in my experiences.

Definitely a necessity for the area.

I truly enjoy shopping at this Harris Teeter. My go to friendly neighborhood grocery store. They are friendly and helpful. The assistant manager James Porter, was extremely helpful and genuinely went out of his way to assist me. I was truly grateful for him.

Dear Harris Teeter Management, Please consider opening the store 24 hrs again. Recently, you have made changes to your hours of operation to mid night and opening 6 AM. Most of our guests were very convenient because of the hours of operation. We are very happy of your services and helping our guests for such a long time, but we need your service to run back to 24 Hrs. again for our employees and guests.

I live in the neighborhood and go there quite frequently. Sometimes that can be long lines especially around the dinner hour but most times they try to compensate for that. I went in this this morning to get the dogs some Turkey from the deli they always have boar's head on sale usually two selections a beef and A chicken or Turkey i also got a breakfast burrito and it was freaking awesome!

The employees at this particular HT are SO nice and polite. Everyone in every department has had really good customer service training. I wish my local HT had this model. Great selection. Everything was stocked.

Yes. They are expensive. However the customer service is amazing. First, their employees, not just the manager, know where things are. Second, they show you where something is, not just point in the general direction. Third, they will often check back with you to see if you found what you were looking for. I needed something that was upstairs. I didn't even know they had an upstairs! They were great!

Upscale, with the prices to match, but they are always well stocked and manage to provide a lot of variety in a fairly small footprint of a store. Be sure to make it upstairs to get everything you are looking for. Wide selection of beer, already cool.

Recently moved a block away and been coming here ever since. Very nice employees. Compared to the price of groceries where I used to live, Harris Teeter is way affordable.

Outstanding. I don't know if you ever whened on vacation and forgot to being something you really needed. No problem a grocery and personal items are in this place. No problem.

Harris Teeter is a great company. Their prices may be a bit higher than other stores but the quality of the food earns the premium. Further, they care about their employees

I really like shopping at Harris teeter rather than giant. The service is absolutely outstanding. The only thing I complain about is their bagels are too expensive and are heavy. Not like Safeways.
