The UPS Store

When I went to return (2) identical amazon items the customer service agent alerted me to one of the bar codes noting the (1) return was only for WholeFoods locations; after I mentioned why would Amazon do that, these are the same and handled at the same time, the store manager and rep handled this for me. These guys fixed a new Amazon policy that steers folks to WholeFoods, I was in a rush and they really helped me a lot in this pinch... thanks and I recommend this store - and be ware of the new amazon policy

The staff were helpful and efficient. They helped me do an Amazon return and how best to ship my packages. Definitely going to be the only UPS store I go to from now!

I just left UPS at the Shirlington, VA location. I’m so thankful for them helping me with an Amazon purchase. It’s so hard to find parking here, and I’d already passed through here once to return an item I ordered from Amazon, where Amazon sent the wrong product. The first time, UPS informed me id have to provide the shipping label or pay a $3.75 fee for them to print out. I left, taking my package with me. I returned just now, about a month later. I had the label printed. This time, the representative told me I’d have to have the box taped, but UPS charged $2.12 to tape the box. Aw heck! I explained I’d been there before and probably looked as crestfallen as I felt. She looked at me, and she took the package. This saved me a bit of frustration. I’m thankful the people at UPS Shirlington can help out and do some good when they know someone is really trying. I had a tough day today, and it was nice to get this break. Thanks, UPS Shirlington!

I needed to print a variety of signage for my brother's wedding and didn't know where I could get it done - quickly with professional results. After calling around, I spoke to an employee who explained how things worker, was helpful, and gave me a feeling of confidence that he/they knew how to handle this type of printing. I emailed the completed templates for the seating chart, menu, table numbers and place cards to the Shirlington UPS location. Chiachi was the employee who responded to my email, understood my timeline, explained the printing options, etc. I did bring in paper I bought online for the printing. Chiachi was so helpful and had a great sense of urgency. I really appreciated her help and suggestions along the way. Thanks Chiachi!!!

It was super packed/busy and super hot ~no ac, just 2 fans circulating warm air BUT the service was AMAZING! 1 African American gentleman with mini afro was working THREE registers. Exceptional customer service~very pleasant to customers in front of me and nice to me as well. It made a difference! Note: Another guy was there, slim w/dark hair and despite the long line & heat he was on his phone. Would have been nice if he wasn't actually helping customers to go somewhere out of sight~bad look.

What a terrific experience of efficiency, friendliness, and kindness. The client care was exemplary. I came one afternoon last week around 2pm. Unfortunately, I do not have the name of the gentleman who helped me. He was slim athletic build and bald with a nice smile. He was attentive to more than me by moving the line efficiently so that there was really no queue at all. I have experienced the same situation in other store locations and the opposite would happen. I would wait in a line. Here you know you will have a quick drop off or be assisted quickly. This guy also gave me his full attention and genuine care. The kind service he provided made me feel like whatever my shipping packing or printing needs were, I could bring them here and I know he would genuinely do the best for me. He deserves a raise! I’d even stand in line if it meant I got to have him assist me.

This is my go-to UPS store. Shivan and the other gentleman that takes care of the printing have always provided excellent customer service. A couple weeks ago I came in at 7:45p on a Friday night desperate to print some some files for a family reunion. The gentleman (unfortunately, I did not catch his name) did a beautiful job and had me out the door before 8p. He was very patient and attentive.

I was back again earlier this week returning numerous Amazon packages. Shivan saw me approaching the store with my hands full and walked out from behind the front desk to hold the door open for me. He then offered me a dolly for the rest of my boxes. He was very patient was we went through 10+ boxes.

These two gentlemen have always provided to tier customer care, have been patient, and friendly. I 100% recommend UPS Store #4832.

Fantastic customer service. Lewis helped me out tremendously. I needed to ship items across country and came in last minute with tape coming off of boxes. He made sure I didn’t ship two items with batteries together and assisted me with re-taping. The whole interaction went as smooth as possible. He was very courteous and helpful with everything. One of the best employees I have come across.

It was my first time at this store today and the line was out the door when I got there. I thought it would take a long time BUT the two gentlemen were quick, efficient and courteous (nice smiles). I was out in less than 10 mins. Excellent customer service guys! it was a great experience. Definitely would recommend this store and I’ll be returning.

I visited this UPS store a few days ago to return some Amazon packages. Amazon was making it difficult (and expensive) to make the returns, but the great folks at UPS really helped me out and made it a seamless, positive experience. Highly recommend!

I consistently have a good experience, even when the wait is longer at this store. — The staff are always polite and helpful. I’ve especially always had a great experience with Shivan, as they are always there when I’m dropping packages off!

Just leaving at 7:48 Pm on Monday March 27th. I wanted to commend the employee working the closing shift. I didn't catch his name. He was very courteous and kind, very fast, efficient and able to keep things moving with a line literally out the door. People tend to be impatient and agitated when waiting. He kept a smile on his face, was very kind and got us out quickly. Great employee.

Ok the people who work here are always AMAZING. I usually prefer to come to this store because they’ll print shipping labels for a (very reasonable) fee but today I came in with 7 boxes all returns going to different places and Shivan was so chill and patient with me. I had one box that had to be completely constructed and then turned out to be a USPS return (embarrassing) and he was beyond nice about it, joking around and just generally being awesome. Love these guys!

Extremely patient and helpful! I had about a dozen separate Amazon returns and Shivan was patient the entire time. I didn’t realize one of the returns required it be boxed already and he even helped me sort through packaging options. Was grateful for his patience and assistance!

Wonderful staff! They were very helpful when I accidentally packed the wrong item for exchange. Staff member held onto package until I made it back to store to the correct the mistake without charging additional fees and was shipped without any delays.
