Clean location and great staff

Very kind staff, plenty of parking, very quiet store location, and this place seems to have plenty of convenience items.

Always clean and well stocked with fresh coffee. The staff is friendly.

The man working there forced me to buy cookies. I get that they’re probably encouraged to push them, but I said no thanks at least five times. He picked them out and scanned them for me, without my consent. It wasn’t that much money, but it was very rude and disrespectful. I made it very clear I didn’t want them yet he made me get them. Very disappointed. They’re usually better

This location has terrible customer service. The employees always seem like it is a hassle to have to work at all. Very little professionalism.

This place has the rudest most belligerent cashier I've ever experienced in my life. He wont say a word to you, not even to tell you the total owed, then rudely waits for your money or card to get read, and yells at you if you ask for a receipt. My wife had the same experience, and watched him yell at other customers asking basic questions that any civilized human could answer without becoming enraged. We live in the area and will never come here again. We've had enough abuse; the cashier seems unhinged, so I advise everyone to stay away.

I came here a few times and EVERYONE who I encountered there was rude. No customer service skills whatsoever. This is ghetto central. You can't buy scratches here with a debit card as well, you need to use cash and they have an atm inside the store for you to withdraw from, but the workers there don't look like they like being there. They have an attitude.

Not very Friendly....never said hi or will there be anything else or thank you.....just oblivious to basic manners. I visiting from Minneasota and was in there 4 times.

There is no social distancing enforced at all. And absolutely no attention to the VA mask rules. People go in and out of this store with no mask or consideration to distancing. I’ve had to call 7/11 corporate twice and they haven’t addressed this. I’ll call the health department and the BBB next:
