The Home Depot

My mom and I came in in a rush to replace a kitchen sink faucet. We weren’t sure what we would need, and only had a photo of the original to go off of. We wanted roughly the same faucet, but ours was around 10 years old, so it probably wasn’t made still. NOW, here’s the important part: James was near the faucet section, and we asked him for help. He was wonderful! He looked at our photo and helped us pick out a nice, mid-range faucet. Not too cheap to have to worry about quality, but not outrageously expensive. He gave great advice, and even made sure to tell us that the faucet we chose had a lifetime warranty and advised us to photograph the box and receipt. I was so impressed by his help, but I forgot to get his name! A bit later, we needed another part, and my mother went to pick it up. She specifically sought him out and got his business card for me! So thank you James (specifically the merchandising assistant store manager)!

My wife and I needed new keys made for our home. We stopped by The Home Depot in Santa Rosa today to get this done. Times have changed since the last time I had copies made. It's a self service job now. You insert the key into a machine and indicate how many you want, and the machine does the rest. The new key drops into the bottom and makes another if you desire. Then you check out and are on your way. The Home Depot is a massive store, but this is the only service I needed today and it was important it was done right. When we got home, the keys functioned perfectly to unlock our front door. The last hardware store we went to had an inferior machine and the keys did not work. The Home Depot provides all your hardware needs with high quality products and services from making keys to major projects.

I come to this location often, the staff is always friendly, and it's my kids' favorite store because we come to do the children's workshops

I love Home Depot! Prices are reasonable, but the best part is their Customer Service. I don't know if everyone is always so nice to me because I shop with my two adorable pups in a stroller, or if everybody at Home Depot just realizes that Customers are people too, but every time I leave the store I've got a smile on my face :-) Home Depot is a great place for just about everything you need! I would post pictures of my purchases but puppies are so much cuter, don't ya think?!

I needed a speciality light bulb. Was able to catch a floor clerk immediately. He took me to the light bulbs. He found the bulb from my sample and answered my questions. I was out in less than 10 min.

Guys at HD were great! Pallet for Skelly was down, Customer Sevice made it happen. They unloaded from pallet and helped from register to car.

Today received delivery on my new Maytag refrigerator. Very exceptionally happy with Home Depot ‘bot buy’ interaction, with quick delivery and polite and competent (and thorough) delivery people.

Elias and Jose arrived on the dot of 10am, removed my old fridge and in a snap had my new in place. Answered all my questions, replaced a heavy table in dining room (moved for access to kitchen) that I could not have moved, stripped the plastic off my fridge, took my signature and were gone by 10:30.

Thank you Elias and Jose. And thank you Home Depot. I’m saving for my next appliance and you will get my business.

Home Depot has the BEST plants! Every plant I get here last for years! Such good quality, price and selection!

I ordered two appliances that were back order and I had to wait two months to get them. After the date for delivery was given, they have to cancel the delivery, and I had to do some research myself because nobody gave me any explanation. I went to the Home Depot in Santa Rosa, and I talked to Lea Davis. She was amazing. Knowledgeable, supportive, and willing to spend the necessary time to get to the center of the problem. The manager TJ was also very supportive.
Home Depot was not at fault for the problem. It was the manufacture but having Lea and TJ helping me to solve the problem at my local Home Depot was just fantastic.

Customer friendly is always ready to assist you in locating your material list. Love these folks, very agficient and well trained♥!!!

The staff is REALLY Great! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Every employee I dealt with knew their stuff and were polite and gracious. Of course, the store and products were tops!

I do a lot of home improvements
This store has much better selection and prices than the local hardware stores. Lots of parking and easy to get in and out of.

Great selection at very good prices, take notice of special discounts, and get a HD credit card for 10% off your first order, make it count. Buy something you have been needing for a while and save lots of money, plus they give you 6 months to pay! I love our store in Santa Rosa.

Found this online, got a text with the exact in-store location, was in and out in less than 10 minutes with precisely what I wanted (I bought 2 of them). My idea of a perfect shopping experience.
UPDATE: I've had these almost three years now and have used them countless times and they're amazing - super sturdy, adjustable and versatile. I mainly use them as saw horses but I've also used them as a work table base (just put a sheet of plywood on top) and also as a scaffold base. Totally worth every penny!

If you have been in a home depot anywhere else then you pretty much know exactly what this one is like and looks. Has all the hardware supplies and tools you need for almost every project

I ordered 3 items for pick up at this Home Depot. I received a text that my items were ready. I decided to use curbside pickup. I was very impressed with the employee that assisted me. She was friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and energetic. I really appreciated the excellent customer service!! I definitely recommend the store and utilizing the curbside pickup.

I always at Home Depot in San Ramon. Staff were aware and appreciative of customers. The variety of products was not great but it was a seasonal item and also want to thank you Manager Will.

I have been going to this Home Depot on average once a week for the past four months since I bought my first house. They are simply the best. Every worker in the aisles offers to help you and/ or responds accurately with questions. Their returns are no hassle at all. The service desk is absolutely wonderful for all my special orders and questions. I ordered custom blinds... fantastic customer service. I ordered a refrigerator... equally great service. I always know I am taken care of here, and my house... both inside and out...continues to look fantastic with the improvements! Thank you Home Depot!

Went into Homedepot for lumber since they got some good deals on rising lumber prices. Anyhow I had a few questions regarding materials needed to replace the side of our home and was greeted by Gary and TJ who were probably the most professional staff I've ever ran into in a long time.
They were very familiar with the products and answered all my questions with no problems, I was impressed by there knowledge and experience that I will be back for future projects
