Lucky's is my favorite grocery store in the area. They hit that sweet spot balancing quality and pricing.

I just moved to this side of town and started shopping at this Luckys on Bicentennial. The produce is always neatly organized and fully stocked. The store is organized and clean. A courtesy clerk I believe her name is Celeste bagged my groceries and asked if I needed assistance to my car. She was very friendly and helpful.

Store is clean, clerks are friendly. A+

This is a great grocery store. Be forewarned that it's HUMONGOUS but it's because they have EVERYTHING you're looking for. When you can't find something just ask anyone for help - they'll treat you like the only thing they have to do today is assist you!
I only used to go here when I was headed to Home Depot but now it's my go-to store.
It also has the best parking of any grocery store for miles around.

I am particularly reviewing Lucky on Bicentennial next to Home Depot in Santa Rosa. I like to stop in to this store when I don't feel like dealing with a crowd. It is clean and the people who work here are friendly. On a side note, if you bank with Wells Fargo they have one inside. It is open until 7, double check prior to heading there in case it's changed. Easy parking and it's still free.

This Luckys is becoming our go to market for several reasons. Selection, size, location, and ease of shopping. What do I mean by the last item? We shop at different market chains looking for the best deals for what we need. Because this store has a lot space the aisles aren't cramped. The occasional display taking up space in the aisle isn't choking traffic. The extra space allows products to be shown in a better way. Located on Bicentennial, next to the Home Depot, the store is easy to get to and there's always plenty of parking, always. We hope that this store isn't closed by the people that run the chain.

Excellent customer service. And it is a very clean store and always looks presentable. I am also impressed with the deals and mark downs. And i can always find a parking space.

Very Nice store. All employees very friendly, produce manager (jesse)always answering any questions I might have about produce. Clerks like Sergio, Bob very helpful always happy . Then there's Cory the greatest bager ever !!😄 always willing to help you with a smile.👍👍👍👍👍

The people are awesome. So helpful, nice and very pleasant. I have never had a bad experience at this store. The store is very clean and very well stocked! Wonderful.

I've been going to lucky store ever since we moved to coffee park area. Have a great experience. I mostly know all the clerks. They are very helpful. Great service 💜

Staff and customers always seem to be happy bcs the store is never overcrowded. It's like a secret grocery store that the people who go to Marlow Safeway or Oliver's on Montecito don't know about yet haha....lucky for us !!!

A *fantastic* Lucky!!, it's so big and well-stocked, and being up on The Overlook the parking lot feels a lot more airy and roomy, also!! Really cool location!!!
