Ordered online while at work. Got a text message that my purchase was ready for pickup about 30 minutes after I put in my order. I went to pick it up after work. All in all, fast, quick, and easy!!

Great transaction while searching for a new laptop that could handle my business needs. We need the Geek Squad support every now and then, and they have been great as well. Would recommend this location for good customer service and follow through.

Went in looking for a school laptop. The worker Caleb was extremely helpful at breaking down the different laptops, what they offer, and their overall value according to price. Because of Caleb, I was able to go online and purchase the laptop best suited for me.

Christine, the warehouse manager, is the most helpful person ever! She helped me get in and out quickly with everything I needed. She even personally pulled the items from the truck during unloading for me to buy. She was super friendly and kind, thank you.

Went in for product exchange on my cell phone screen protector by geek squad and it was absolutely perfect, $0 and I didn't have to do anything myself

Service person came right up to me and helped me find my purchase , Mini GoPro camera and accessories. She explained how the camera worked and what I would need. It was on a Saturday, before Father’s Day and they were busy. The sales lady took the time to help me. Very pleased with my purchase.
