The guys came out to our house today to clean our carpets and couch and they did such an amazing job and they had extra time and were willing to steam clean my white tile floors. Holy cow they look amazing. My house feels so clean and wonderful, and the gentleman that cleaned our home we’re so polite and worked well together and knew exactly what they were doing. Five stars all the way for Stanley Steemer, North bay!

Stanley Steemer did an AMAZING job cleaning our new office floors. They turned out even better than I thought they would. Elias and partner were timely, professional and explained everything well. The price was extremely reasonable for the size of the job. We will definitely continue to use them for any future needs. Check out the before and after pictures!

Arrived within the anticipated window, received a call about an hour prior to arrival, and a text update 15 mins before, excellent communication. They did an amazing job, it took them a little over an hour and they made our carpets look brand new again. They were extremely nice and very courteous of our household furniture and items. Stanley Steemer always gets the job done, and is always my go to, I’ve been a loyal customer for years! No questions, if you need anything cleaned and are looking for someone, these are your people!!

(I’m hoping the real discounts start happening again, it’s pricier and the discounts online or in the mail used to be better)

Brett and Joe were great! Very professional and friendly, and their work was top notch. I like it so much I added on a Persian carpet to the order. I'll definitely use Stanley Steemer again.

Tony was so knowledgeable and experienced with every aspect of the service. They initially came to clean up my ducts and found out it was a bigger problem than what it seems to be. Tony sealed up all the registers and advised me what needs to be done. He could have just do the job and walk away like most of the people do nowadays, but he didn’t!
Both Tony and Brett did an amazing job on my couches and dining chairs and the area rug. They look brand new.

Anthony is amazing! He took a very dirty, dull, dingy carpet (that I wanted to immediately replace as soon as I moved in), and made it look fantastic! He's kind, professional, friendly, and arrived well within the time frame that was provided. I will definitely be calling. Stanley Steamer and Anthony in the future for any cleaning that I need to have done!

This company is incredible! Our home hadn’t had the carpets cleaned since we built it 3 years ago and we were way overdue for a cleaning (we have 3 messy kids and 2 dogs). Anthony arrived at the beginning of our arrival window and explained the whole process thoroughly. He was in and out in less than 2 hours and our carpets look brand spanking new. I’m so happy with the results and very happy with the service. I wish I had taken before photos because these photos don’t do it justice!

Richard was very personable, professional, and easy to be around within the confines of my home. He was efficient and no nonsense - I enjoyed his presence as well as the work he did! My pets liked him also!

Brett was on time and very polite and professional in his conduct. He has a wonderful smile and disposition and is a very hard worker with the customers satisfaction at his heart. Excellent communicator and job ethic. Would highly recommend Brett to anyone and would ask for him again for a repeat down the road add'l. visit when needed again.

James arrived at 9:30, called when he couldn’t find our house instead of wasting time driving around. He was personable, introduced himself, and reviewed our order in a calm, friendly manner. His work is exceptional! He kept our floors clean, helped me move the furniture, and gave me clear instructions on how to dry the rugs quickly. I highly recommend Stanley Steemer and James!

We were amazed by the service we received from Darrell. He was punctual, explained to us all he was going to do and after he was done and made sure we didn’t have any questions or concerns about the service. The final result was better than we were expecting! We highly recommend this Stanley Steemer location and will definitely use them again in the future!
