Sarah was great 😊 I wanted a new phone she's very knowledgeable, very helpful I went to the store 3 times and she help me each time. I hope she gets recognized for the great customer service she provides

So I had an amazing experience and learned a lot from my representatives that helped me go to him for your services he was very knowledgeable honest friendly great customer service showed me some new things that I did not know like how to charge your iPods from your phone this rep needs a raise he represented the company very well he should be recognized as an expert and amazing rep he was fast with helping me transfer my data from one device to another and also help me secure the phone with screen protector and case amazing give him a raise and a free lunch and a day paid on the company he deserves it he went above and beyond in under 20 minutes please let him know you read about his great customer service he is amazing

By far the best. The customer service is amazing and this location will never disappoint you. I highly recommend this store! Every single staff member is always willing to help. If you’re looking for a place that best earns your business as a customer then I recommend stopping by at this store. Don’t go to the one on Stony point! The line is always long and the associate at stony can’t help you that much. Go to Santa Rosa Ave instead.

I had the best rep EVER!!! I was pinched for time and shopping for my son’s birthday gift. Dave was able to assist me with my purchase while speaking in code since the birthday boy was in the store with me. He was absolutely amazing! Super efficient and sooo helpful.

After my first visit with miscommunication on both sides - I inadvertently lost my plan. Brian (manager) and Rafael (sp) reinstated it per customer service advice. They were really efficient and congenial during the visit. This is my first smartphone after having a flip phone for years.

Had the pleasure of working with Rafael and assistant manager Doc at our recent visit. Store was offering great promotion and the staff was not only helpful and informative but very friendly. This location has easy parking and is clean. We were helped the moment we walked in the door and left with all our needs met. This was by far our easiest trip to an AT&T store. Great work everyone

Jasmine was incredibly helpful. The only reason I decided to stay with att. She deserves some recognition! Excellent customer service and amazing knowledge of all the products. We had many questions and she either knew the answers or found out the answers for us. Thank you, you guys are lucky to have her in your company.

Sierra and Mario were both very helpful with fixing the issue I had with my phone. Both were friendly, communicative, and quick to help me resolve my issue all in the same day. 10/10 would visit again

Awesome experience! Zach was a fantastic help in setting up our new plan and internet service. He guided us through the entire process and made it an easy process! Brendan even went out of his way to grab a phone from the other location.

I was in the Santa Rosa store, Brendon and Jasmine had great customer service and was very pleased on the help I received. I believe they should be promoted. As I have not always have the best customer service. Please bring it to thier attention they did a great job keep me happy and taking good care of my problems in the store. Great experience in covering all my needs. Hector and Dr. Scott helped upgrade my FirstNet account and ensured all my devices were set up to continue doing the important work we do. Thanks for supporting first responders.

Worst case scenario happened one morning when I woke up and my phone was completely dead. After trying numerous avenues to get it fixed (Apple was pandemic closed) or the battery replaced (thanks for nothing Best Buy) I decided I just had to bite the bullet and buy a new phone. I’m so glad I came to AT&T because Max is the Man! I had tons of questions and he patiently answered all of them with knowledge about each phone and AT&T’s service plans. He listened to my needs and didn’t try to upsell me. In the end, I decided to go with the cheaper model, iPhone SE.

As he was filling out the paperwork, he looked at my account and asked me why I didn’t use the AT&T insurance plan, that I’d been paying for, to get my old phone fixed. For some reason, it totally slipped my mind and didn’t occur to me that it would be covered. He gave me the information pamphlet about how I could get a new phone or battery replacement through Assurance and mentioned that once I got it fixed, I could come back and use the $700 trade-in promo program to buy the phone I really wanted, the new iPhone 12 mini ($699)! Essentially, I could get the new phone for free once I traded-in my fixed old phone (or the replacement phone). MAX saved me over $500 on the iPhone SE I was about to purchase!! He wasn’t even sweating the fact that I was walking out of there without purchasing a new phone. That’s the helpful honesty I truly appreciate.

Of course, I got my old phone fixed and came in later and took advantage of the promo AT&T was running. I am writing this review from my new iPhone and I couldn’t be happier. I am so thankful for Max for saving me money, being informed of the products and AT&T services, and never pressuring for the sale. That is some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced and won my customer loyalty for a lifetime.
