Well if you download the Safeway app you can get better deals..--and if you don't use your app and you just put in your phone number you don't get the digital deals which can add up to a lot that you lose...
Sometimes it gets really crowded and you have to wait in line for a while.
Keeping that in mind if you plan your trip ahead of time you can go when it's less higher volumes of people making their purchases,
really wonderful staff, a Starbucks inside, and they do have restrooms.
The staff in any department is quite helpful and very professional.
They have all kinds of different things for any season. /stuff some of it's pretty cool.
If you always use your membership number and your digital card it rocks up to help save gas but you can spend 3 to $500 in one trip if you don't use your stuff so use your coupons and your digital coupons to save as much money as you possibly can.

Always fresh products to choice from and they have coupons on top of their sales prices

Thankful for their point system, helps save a lot on gas. I feel great shopping here knowing the care about their customers. They give huge perks to shop here.

Andrew is an awesome employee. If I had a business I would hire him immediately. Andrew helped me & my daughter & granddaughter (who has an infant) unload my heavy groceries. I had the absolute best Ruben sandwich made for me by a young man named Tyler today. It was so good, even though it was a busy Friday, he made sure to get all my substitutions right. He even squeezed the excess juice out of the 'kraut and made sure my sandwich was evenly toasted all around. Thanks Tyler!

This was my second visit to the store. what got my attention the most were the friendly staff. clean store. When the cashier was patiently responding to my inquiry. they have a good training. I was impressed for the second time. Shop there!

Too early for pumpkin spice everything, but everyone's always friendly. And it's always a quick trip in and out.

There are 3 Safeway stores about a mile from me but this is the one that usually has all the things on my grocery list. Most of the time there is nobody to bag your items which is kind of a drag. The last 4 times I've shopped there were no carts so now I find one in the parking lot before I go in the store. It's a busy store. There is a security guard on site which is a big plus, I feel safer here than at other stores.

clean and nice, the secondary checkout in the middle of the store is odd, but it's whatever. the butchers here are the best, they will do as much as they can to help you and seem genuinely happy to do so.

3rd time shopping at this Safeway and it's the best!!! thank you so much for friendly service super clean store. best fresh bakery out of all the other Safeways here in Santa Rosa. you will be go my to to grocery location from now on

My go to place for donuts. The donuts are just better here than actual donut shops

I was able to get a normally $5.99 priced type of ice cream for just $2.88 with Just for U savings. Awesome!

I really enjoy this Safeway mostly because I'm a night owl and they are open till 23:00 hrs.
There is hardly anybody there, and the employees have already started filling the shelves so the best stuff is there waiting for you.
Check out is fast and the self checkout is usually open that late to.

This Safeway is full of some of the nicest employees I've ever met in my life. When I go there early in the morning on the weekends I always find this very nice woman working and as always extremely helpful. It's also a very clean store. But most of all some of the deals they have are just bonkers. My total bill was $23 and I saved $15. That's pretty good. If you're ever in the area I highly recommend stopping by your local Safeway.

I love SW but why is it every time I go to get SW Soda it's never stocked. I am a really short person and I can see it on the really top shelf and you can never find a worker since the pandemic started.

Customer service is on point. Employees are always super helpful. There have been couple instances where I was overcharged or a product wasn't up to par. I was taken care of quickly and in a friendly manner. The customer service is good just not what it used to be unfortunately.

Been a club member my whole life (from my parents) and the club prices sure do make me happy as a poor college student. I normally go grocery shopping at night and I still get really great customer service when I need it. I went once during the afternoon and it was a zoo, so I imagine the customer service goes down due to high volume, but when can you do. This is the only place I get groceries from and i love it.
