SPARC

This was my second visit to SPARC’s and I had a wonderful experience with my associate Megan. However, it didn’t start with her. The young lady that checks you in at the door was so inviting, she made me feel right at home. However, Megan, was a joy upon her approach to me. She was honest, attentive, informative, and suggested what she felt would be the best products that would suit my needs. I really appreciate that, being someone that suffers from a painful illness. She made me feel like I wasn’t wasting my money on something that wasn’t right for me. In addition to all of that, and most importantly, she stayed under my budget. You can’t ask for better than that!!!!! Thank you, Megan it was a pleasure learning from you.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Trevor during my recent visit to Spark Dispensary, and I must say, his level of helpfulness and attention to detail truly stood out. Trevor not only provided excellent suggestions but also took the time to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for. His friendly demeanor and attentiveness made the entire experience enjoyable.

I had trouble placing my order online because I haven't used Sparc for awhile, but Tim in the chat function was extremely helpful and ironed out all the mishaps, and even let me know when the least busy time was to pick up my order. And yes, I checked in quickly, and my order was ready as soon as I walked in the door. Everyone did a GREAT job, and I'm very happy with my shopping experience today!

I've tried quite a few dispensaries in SR and most are very nice, but SPARC is undeniably superior in every respect. The staff and I mean every single person is uplifting to work with, extremely knowledgeable and helpful and somehow they've found people who all have a great sense of humor!! The product selection is so much broader than any others and they have great pricing too! I always enjoy my visits and wish that other businesses would operate the ways the great people at SPARC does. Thank you for being so fantastic. You folks are truly impressive....PLEASE continue!!!!

I just want to give a shout out to Teresa. I love the way she welcomes everyone in, asks about how how your doing and makes you feel like a valued customer. Her personality shines and you can tell she enjoys her job. The world needs more people like her!!

Always a pleasure to deal with, every question I have is expertly answered. And I have been lucky enough to get good advice that has opened my eyes to new products that I would have never tried otherwise.
And it’s nice to always be greeted with a smile. Keep up the good work.

Everyone there is still knocking it out of the park. I love going into a business where you can tell that all the employees enjoy their job, I have always had an excellent experience with each and every employee at the shop and always get very good advice on all the products. Keep up the good work!

Everyone at Sparc is super patient and helpful. I was having troubles with my payment method and signal, but they were patient with me as I dealt with the issues and communicated the order would be available until end of day. Super friendly and understanding about it all too.

David at the ROHNERT PARK Sherwin-Williams has been consummately helpful with me. I’ve been grateful to him. As a Property Manager, I am in charge of interior painting of a home by coordinating all the materials and the techniques. I have had a lot of questions to ask David and he’s answered all of them, as well as setting me up with all of their correct materials. From questions about the emerald brand hybrid water oil paint to primer and matching paint colors, David has been a great help! Thank you. I would highly recommend the store for great customer service.

Jarrod was a great help to my cousin and I. He was very informative, assisted us expeditiously, and, like many staff there at Sparc, he was very nice and respectful. We really like and appreciate everyone there, and will definitely be returning!

Drew is bright, personable, and warm, and I always look forward to seeing him at my visits. He is helpful and kind and gives good recommendations, and is a friendly face to queer and trans customers. Thank you Drew!

Alyssa was the perfect person to introduce me to the world of legal cannabis. I am pleased with the selection of pain relief she suggested and she also sold me on a beverage that is delicious and fast acting. I will definitely be back. The whole vibe there is welcoming and for that I give this place 5 stars. Alyssa would have 10 if it were an option. She is very pleasant and non judgemental. I appreciate her service.

We just told Drew that we only go to Spark, no other shop. Drew is always welcoming with a smile and takes the time to walk us through the many pre rolls to choose from. He's the reason we shop at Spark. 😁

They always have a great selection 👏. Julian was a great help ,I picked up some lavender goo from up north 🔥 and some stiiizy purple runtz live rosin badder also 🔥. You have to stop by before them deals are gone .

I know people have their issues with Sparc and its pricing, but it's hella convenient for me and their staff are some of the nicest I've encountered. Jakeb helped me out today. He is always super friendly in every interaction we've had, and he remembers my name. Sparc's online menu is always accurate, and I look forward to picking up my online orders and speeding in and out, but to get rung up by Jakeb is a bonus for me and is sure to put a smile on my face.

excellent service you rarely ever have to wait more than a minute. All of the staff are super friendly and eager to help and uplifting. It’s like going to Chick-fil-A but for marijuana everybody’s just really good at what they do and the product is good. Good prices on my staple items and ample free parking. Taxes suck but that’s it.😁

Tevin provided excellent customer service. While not complicated, as a nominal cannibas user I had a bunch of questions and my vape pens weren’t working, etc. Tevin was educational, patient, focused on my needs and questions. Steered me to pertinent options and solutions. Continued to dialogue during checkout and discovered a discount I was not aware. He really had my best interests in mind and I really appreciated that…

Everyone there is wonderful. Helpful, knowledgeable, always make shopping an enjoyable experience. Carlos was fun to buy from. A far cry from buying an ounce in the parking lot in high school.

Alyssa was very kind, she helped me choose some premium dank and sent me off with a smile!

Tony was extremely knowledgeable of the products carried at your store, and was an excellent source of information. Keep up the good work!
