I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. All I had to do was send clothing and the gentleman helped me with the package to use and then he helped me put the address on electronically.

They have tap payment available at their POS system. So you can use your phone with NFC.

The people who run the store are kind and thoughtful, and if there is a line, it doesn't take long. I love this store!

For reasons known only to them, Spectrum sent us a new cable box we neither needed nor requested. Assuming it was a required upgrade we swapped the boxes and then I took the box to the Spectrum store on my first day off.

After a bit of delay the person at the Spectrum store unhelpfully told me they wouldn't take the box back because it was "active" but that I could take it to a UPS store. That didn't make sense so I went home and called their tech support, they confirmed some stores have opted out of receiving return equipment and told me to go to a UPS store or mail the cable box back.

I was pretty frustrated when I went to this UPS store, but the folks here were so friendly and professional it almost made the redirection worth it. Seriously, I've had a truly execrable day and the ease and speed with which my issue was resolved improved it tremendously. The lady helping me was very patient and answered all my dumb questions so well that I felt well and truly taken care of.

During my brief visit I observed her coworker working very hard to accommodate other customers, it was so refreshing to go to a retail location where everyone seemed to be working together to take care of customers. I am going to find excuses to use their services in the future because they were so pleasant and helpful at this location.

I love this place! I always come here for my package and Amazon return. This place is fast and he willing to help you print out Amazon shipping label if you forget to print out yourself with no charge. I really appreciate because it save me a trip. I was at another ups store and have asked to go print my label and put them in the box and come back. It was so much troublesome. So you will appreciate their help when they willing to print out shipping label for you at the spot for free.

I tried this location some time back, and was pleasantly surprised as to how nice the gentleman behind the counter was, so thought I would give it another try.

The nice man was there again (might be the manager) and I felt he went over and beyond the call of duty to help me with my return label! The competition would have sent me home to re-print it, but not this gentleman. He asked if I had the return authorization on my phone, and if so, email it to the store. I couldn’t figure out how to do that, so like the nice person he was, he did it for me; and before long the label was printed anew and placed on my package.

You couldn’t ask for a better UPS store, or for better service. I will be using this location for all my shipping needs.

Staff super helpful with Amazon returns.

I usually dread errands at the UPS store, but this location has THE BEST customer service. They went out of their way to accomplish my Amazon return even after we realized I didn't show up with the right preparation. There's a closer location to my home, but I used this one after accidentally sending a print job here instead of my usual place. Now, any time I need to use a UPS store in the future I know this will be my location of choice. They even upgraded my print to color. Thank you guys!

Dropping this 5-star review before I leave UPS parking lot. I really liked this dude's cool and helpful attitude. He sounds very genuine. He didn't have a name badge but he had long hair to his shoulder. Maybe glasses too. Anyways, if you are reading this, keep doing what you're doing brother man ✊.

UPS off Garland Ave and George Bush is...meh.

Very busy today a few days before Chrostmas. Staff was calm, courteous, and efficient. One young man at the counter stayed cool as a cucumber while an elderly couple with imperfect English had a complicated order that required a lot of clarifying questions and took about 15 minutes to complete. I was impressed with the staff today.

It’s great to come to this location. The personal is always so happy to take your packages and always greet you with a smile, Great to have found this location so close to home for my shipping needs.

The people who work here are so sweet! I accidentally brought in a FedEx package along with my other UPS packages and they labeled and packed it up for me anyways to take to FedEx! They’re so helpful with everything

My 1st time dropping a return to Amazon and the associate informed me that I chose the wrong return option on the label, but rather than send me away he helped me correct the whole return process on my phone with the Amazon app and re-packaged my items for me! GREAT service and above and beyond effort on his part.. Fantastic customer service! 😁👍

Fetay runs the best UPS store I’ve ever been to. This feels more like a neighborhood store than part of a large chain. Highly recommend!

I went there on May.17. I intended to get my SS card & driver id notarized and fax them to Frontier , A staff name Nathaniel Alvarez who talked with a FNT rep though phone behalf of me in order to everything exactly right by following FNT requires. including getting on PC download one additional form for filling out ..etc. to avoid my initial wrong steps. so that I have got everything done correctly and fast on time. I am so satisfy with his serious and professional service . I appreciate so much !

Excellent service. They picked up the package from a local business the same day, packed and shipped to my address. Even sent me the picture of the item from pick up location. This store deserves more than 5 stars.
