I first went to a diff Walgreens to pick up a prescription only to be told they didn't have it. Apparently they weren't planning to let me know. They advised me to go to the one at Jupiter and Buckingham. Rachel there could not have been nicer and more helpful.

Quyen, Joe, and Marc at the pharmacy were amazing! They went above and beyond by helping me clear up insurance issues. I was very surprised by the great service I received from them today.

I had got the run around from 3 dumb locations on getting my script for my hyperthyroidism medicine filled. For 7 days walgreens text me saying it was at the belt location then went there and they said no its at another belt line location. When I finally got to my normal walgreens location that's on jupiter rd. (which i told my doc months ago to transfer my scripts to).. The pharmacy tech named Jeron went out of his way to make sure my thyroid script got filled today like it was supposed to even though at first the computer tried to deny him. 10 mins later he found a way to get it filled. This guy is a class act and I hope he gets a promotion one day because walgreens needs more individuals like him, people working hard for their customers, unlike the usual dull ones who seem to careless about their job. Cvs is even worse.

It was nice to come in to a clean store & be greated by Nicole at the front register. This was my 1st time to this location & enjoyed the shopping experience. Nicole's exceptional customer service was greatly appreciated. She even signed me up to get greater savings on my future shopping trips.

I came over and one of the managers her name was Mackenzie Williams, (sorry if I didn't spell that right) she was so sweet the whole time there, great customer service :)

The doctors/pharmacists were very kind and quick. I came in for the Covid-19 vaccination and they even called me back later to ask how I was feeling.

People go above and beyond to write bad reviews, but let me take a sec to say that both employees I encountered today (9/12/18) were extremely nice and helpful. I wish I had gotten their names. Thank you for yalls help.
