I wanted to rate this store 0 stars until i came across kay. Super nice and helpful- definitely turned my experience around. I ran into THREE associates who were no help and she walked me right into the product i was looking for- for the past 45 minutes i was in there. SAD BUT TRUE. I personally wouldn’t come back to this store but if i were to I would specifically look for her.

Products are well laid out and relatively easy to find. Kent in the hardware department walked me all the way to Electrical to show me the location of the item I needed. Most helpful! I love to be left to browse and I could wander to my hearts desire once I had what I needed. Thanks again Kent

As I was searching for pest control stuff, a customer who was in the pest control section gave me awesome advice on what products to buy. Then I bought a trashcan when I reached my car it was broken. I immediately took it back in, found one that wasn't broken, and switched them out. It was such an easy process. Serviwith a smile! I love this Home Depot and have NEVER had a negative experience here! ❤

Thanks ROY (hardware department).. helping me out some padlocks. He introduce me to the smartkey system. I am saving so much time and money. Re-keying padlocks has always been a pain. NOW .....I re-keyed a whole rental house less 5 minutes without a screwdriver. Amazing Homedepot needs more people like ROY. I wonder what else I can fix

Great experience at Home Depot! The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, making my shopping trip enjoyable. The store had an extensive selection, and I found everything I needed. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was a minor wait at the checkout. Overall, a fantastic place for all your home improvement needs!

This location always has what I need with plumbing for plumbing professionals that do it right
An the paint department has at least 3 experienced staff who are good at paint matches
Always a good experience at this store whether it's personal or business
I never have to stop somewhere else cause they never have it

If you need to fix your home up or you have a small business, you better stop here

My home away from home. They place I would always want Brithday gift cards from, because I am a DIY mom.

Great service and when the outdoor table set we bought and the table didn’t fit in our SUV, Home Depot delivered it. Way to go!

I was having issues with an online refund with a third party vendor through Home Depot. For over a week, I called and went to the store a few time to get someone to resolve the problem, but no one was able to do so until today from the store manager MADELEINE. Maddie was so helpful, did whatever she could to help us, and super nice. She has wonderful customer service. She is seriously the best.

Bob in the Plumbing section was a life saver. I had to make the trip twice for me to properly do what he told me to do, but with his knowledge, and easy going communication, he really made the difference for me today when my water shut off valve snapped. Thank you Bob!

I came across a super star customer service named CRYSTAL at the Jupiter store. She deserves to be recognized because even after a scenario where I was picking up a screen security door and could of got upset that it didn’t fit in my car (not her fault) because of how extremely nice she was it didn’t bother me at all to come back. When I called back a week later she even still recognized and addressed me and took care of the situation. Give that girl a chance at management and see how things turn with her positivity. Thanks CRYSTAL!

Always helpful associates lending a hand!

Employee who was only restocking in plumbing section was super nice, although he said he was new. He went out of his ways to get another employee to help me out. They both were super helpful and kind. They helped me find all the stuff I was looking for and was very cheerful personality! Def recommend this location.

Home depot is lucky to have these awesome employees otherwise I would hire them myself for my business. 😇♥

Great place to pick up items I need around the house. Picked up some galvanized trash cans, outdoor faucet covers for cold weather. In spring we'll probably need to replace some soaker hoses.
If I can't find what I'm looking for the employees are always helpful.

I had a good experience, only problem is the store is so big and I needed a doorknob and had to walk from one end to the other.. Good service

Customer service was great. I know every experience is unique, but I returned a drain clog dissolver that didn't work. They even said they didn't know if it was their warranty to keep, but they did it for good customer service. I rarely turn items, so I really appreciate it!
