This place is cool as hell. The vibes are immaculate—mystical, funky, funny, and weird. The experience of visiting this shop is further enhanced by its friendly staff who chatted with my family when we stopped in. Highly recommend if you’re in Fremont!

!!!Unbelievably Cool Shop!!! This was our first trip to Seattle and we somehow stumbled upon the Uncommon Cottage. The Vibe was funky an Fun and the shop had some Great Energy, not to mention the two girls that worked there. we were welcomed most generously. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness 🤩👍

Stopped by here after a day of shopping for vintage knick-knacks. The staff is so friendly. Jennifer was so knowledgeable about all the brands and had a bunch of local recommendations since I was new to the area. I’ll have to stop by again to get some of the cool candles.

I had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer (pronounced JENNA-FUH, as she will inform you😊) and was overjoyed by her keen connection to local artists. Extremely unique but there’s something for everybody! Stickers, magnets, socks, festival wear and who knows what else will appear between visits! I adore local business that keep it fresh

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! The owner is awesome and had some great recommendations for me and my friend to purchase. You could tell she had carefully and thoughtfully curated each piece in her shop and supports a lot of local artists and craftmakers. I get compliments on the choker and earrings I got there every time I wear them! I highly recommend this place for cool, funky, one of kind pieces!

Awesome little shop with local art works! The icing on the cake was that the staff member knew about the artists. I'm always more likely to purchase when the stores actually care about their products. Support your local small businesses!

Jennifer is a fantastic human being and all of the items in her store are from small, independent artists and artisans. The selection of items is highly curated, and everything smells amazing, looks amazing, and/or makes you laugh. It's a great place to do your holiday shopping, especially this year when it's more important than ever to support small local businesses. Head inside and you'll probably leave with more than you came for!

Found them by browsing google maps for somewhere to treat my self to some cute and awesome birthday gifts and they definitely had what I wanted! So many cute and unique items including adorable figurines, socks, stickers, pins, masquerade masks, and even bath and body items and so many more amazing things! The owner is so friendly and informative of the surrounding area!

Found this shop while walking around Fremont. Perfect shop if you like whimsical, weird, cute, gothy-looking decor, clothes, costumes, etc. Fun place to visit for sure! And the owner is super nice, super theatrical just a fun personality overall 😊 will definitely come back here for sure

Found this gem by accident while looking for a parking spot & ended up getting some great finds! Super friendly owners with great suggestions. Nice selection of socks, jewelry, candles & vegan purses. Wish we had more time to stay for the art show. We will definately be back!

Made an unexpected stop here and loved everything. I wish we could of taken everything home, but we were visiting from out of state. If you like a pinch of funny, weird and a tad witchy you have to stop in. The owner is so welcoming and has great suggestions. If we ever go back to Washington, I'm 100% going back.

I just love coming here. It is one of the most Whimsical places I ever been to. She's also very informative about the product I see you be purchasing where they came from and a little bit of the background and I invited her for that. Also love the fact that she remembers her regular customers even if we haven't been there for like a month or two.

The selection here is amazing, and there is a great range in prices, so you can gift shop for everyone. I especially love the jewelry, and have found special occasion pieces as well as everyday ones that still have a fun steam punk flair. Wonderful store!

I happened to see something I liked in the window and went inside and found alot of cool and interesting merchandise. The employees/store owner are great. They are really friendly and welcoming. They enjoy meeting the customers and talking with them.

The Uncommon Cottage is a great place to check out for off-beat jewelry, art, and gifts. The staff is enthusiastic about their selection and can tell you all about the artists behind the treasures. Strongly recommended if you enjoy things that are a little spooky!

Eclectic, humorous but quality local fare sold here by a very full of life, knowledgeable couple. While the product may have a playful name to them, the goods are no joke. By this I mean it's not touristy, it's useful. Not only do they sell Goods, but they might as well be a concierge for the city.
