Worked with the Jack and the guys at the hat bar and had an awesome experience picking out and shaping an American Hat Co felt. Jack also helped my buddy pick out an awesome pair of custom Anderson Bean caiman boots a week before. Their website is awesome and they’ve been consistently excellent in store. Jose was so helpful!!! I brought in an old hat that needed reshaping and bought two more hats and a few other items. He made sure everything was nice and clean and shaped perfectly. Thank you Jose and Y-Bell! Can’t wait for the rodeo!

Stopped by today, Sat, Dec 30, 2023, to look at felt cowboy hats and deer blinds. Lawson greeted me from behind the counter in the hat section. Not only did he get me squared away with a really nice Resistol felt hat (which included help with selecting the right hat and shaping it to my liking), he also took off his apron, and walked outside with me to answer my questions about deer blinds. He was exceedingly helpful, even though, as he politely explained, he’s not the “deer blind guy”. That guy was off this day. But Lawson got pricing on the blind for a follow up the next week. As a result of both competitive pricing and the level of quality service provided, odds are good I’ll purchase not one, but two quality blinds from Y-Bell. As a 32-year resident of Kendall County, glad to have your store here to help meet our needs. Hats off again to Lawson!

I noticed that you don't allow reviews or ratings on your Facebook page. Google maps says that you're open as Wheelers. I called to make sure and your voicemail system told me that I was first in line and kept me on hold forever despite the fact that you're actually closed. I drove all the way there only to pull up while I was on hold to find that the gate was closed and locked. That is certainly not my idea of good customer service. If you're closed then have the courtesy to tell those that call and stay on hold forever. Just sayin!
