The pharmacy staff, though often understandably stressed and overwhelmed, are phenomenal.

A special shout-out goes to Aaron for, time after time, helping me out of a tight spot. I had a medication that was on backorder and they were able to find me an alternative in stock, coordinated with Mike on the ability to substitute it, and had it sent to me the same day that I needed it. Honestly, I am always happy to hear Aaron answer the phone as I know they will do their best to help me.

Mike is, similarly, great, though almost all of my interactions have been with Aaron.

I walked in to pick up something that I couldn’t find at CVS. The store seemed fully stocked and had everything I needed! The prices were reasonable as well. Their was a security guard at the door and the cashier was kind and helpful. I would definitely consider coming back here because of the great service.

I arrived at the Magnolia Bartells at 1:29 and was told they close for lunch at 1:30. I was in excruciating pain. I had very severe back muscle spasms and was there to pick up a muscle relaxant that my doctor called in. I knew there was no way that I could walk back to my car and wait. Michal, the Pharmacist, saw me limping and listing and as he was walking out for lunch, asked my name, knowing, I thought, that he had just filled my muscle relaxant. Michal went back to get my prescription and together we walked to the front of the store where he checked me out. I was so grateful for him going out of his way to help me. The pain was beyond excruciating. Thank you, Michal, for your compassion.

The staff is wonderful; I always leave with a smile on my face. And they are one of the few places around that will exchange $10 for a roll of quarters. I am loyal customer to this particular store location. Note: I don't have need to interact with the pharmacy much.

The staff here is always so friendly. I'm not in Bartells often anymore, but when I am it's nice to see a few of the faces I remember from when I was a bit younger, as well as some new faces as well. They're always well stocked, have a great selection of just about everything, and some great sales sometimes on products I buy. Great store.

VERY friendly staff, go out of their way to help. Hope the merger doesn't change how they're treated or their benefits. Very sad to see Bartells sucked up into the big chain pharmacy vortex. Bartells has a more local feel and probably have more leeway to make certain on the spot decisions in the customer's interest a big chain would never allow for.

Been coming here for years. Always friendly staff (they still have staff that I remember from when I was in high school and before!) clean store. Good location.

If you’re rushing in and out of the neighborhood, this isn’t the place for you. But everyone who lives in Magnolia comes here. We’ve known the employees since we were buying 100 Grands and Jones Sodas on Saturday mornings. This is a neighborhood store through and through, and if you’re a neighbor, Bartells will take care of you.

And with the updates they have done over the past few years, it's the best one in town.
