Accidentally I had bought a zipper bag for my return and wasn't acceptable for deliveries , but the attendant at the register swiftly said they had bags at the store... So instead of returning home I bought a plastic bag and did my returns. The plastic Sack was $3.24 in total Very Expensive but was worth the 2nd trip

The owners and their staff are wonderful people. The staff is friendly and courteous. I cannot single out any one team member as they have all be great. A reflection of the ownership! I recommend this location highly!

Jimmy was amazing helping me over the phone. I know they must have been slammed with the holidays so close, but he was very patient and made sure I had everything I needed. Absolutely excellent customer service 5/5 ⭐

Always very clean, not cluttered and you can get in and out real fast. Always someone to help you and if they are busy, someone from the back comes out to help. I went to another UPS store in Sherman and was completely surprised at how they have packages piled up in the lobby waist high. This place is kept tidy and has never lost any of my packages. Thanks for doing such a great job. I feel guilty because I take so many amazon packages to them free of charge because I have Amazon Prime.

Had the best ups experience I’ve ever had. The gentleman working here on the 9 AM shift today 3/23/23 was super kind and friendly. My return was very complicated but he was very patient and understanding and helped me complete the return super quick.

I have been using this location to ship for several years now. Owners Ryan and Zee are so kind and helpful. Ryan has also helped me print invitations and Ryan went out of his way to meet our budget. get us specific size envelopes, and make sure the quality was top notch!

This is the friendliest, most convenient, professional shipping store I have interacted with. I will continue to conduct business with Zee, Ryan and Addison for both my personal and professional needs. Their customer service is exceptional while providing a wide array of quality services. I have never had a negative experience and visit here daily. I look forward to seeing Addison daily as he is truly humble and so compassionate. What an asset to have! The entire staff is courteous , kind and professional. Highly recommend them!!!!

Stopped by this location to ship internationally. Ryan was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful &
extremely patient as I made international calls to figure out the options. Clean space & easy to find. I'll definitely be returning for my future shipping needs. 10 stars from me for excellent customer service.

This location is very close to my house. I needed a print job completed for a trip out of town. Ryan was very helpful in completing my order and giving me price options. Despite the fact that I waited until the last minute, he did not charge me a "rush" fee. Great customer service and very friendly. In another review, someone mentioned that noone is behind the counter. I walked in at 5 pm and the store was empty but Ryan was behind the counter.

I needed a to have contracts printed with a carbon copy and made into pads. The team at this store were excellent! They handled everything without a huge run around. The pads are professional and extremely nice. Zee helped me understand the cost associated with the order and made me feel comfortable trusting them with sensitive business details. I would strongly recommend them for all of your small business needs!

Ryan was amazing and the whole staff is wonderful. They helped me make invitations for a party and last minute when I needed extra, they were able to get that done in one day! Thank you guys again!!! The owner Mr. Bashir is always helpful and insightful providing excellent service for all shipping needs. My experience here is unlike any other when visiting UPS Store locations because he truly cares about personal customer service as does his staff. If you have any shipping needs I recommend this location compared to any other. Never a long wait convenient location just off SH 121!

I had an opportunity to visit the store a few times. Every time the cordial reception and the helpful staff was there to look after my requirements in the most professional manner. Both Ryan and Zee, were more than understanding in deciphering the tasks I had at hand and advised me with best options; thereby solving my multitasking needs in no time. Were not only willing to work late for me but also ensured customized shipment packing in professional manner. The staff, particularly Ryan And Zee, go beyond the normal limit when it comes to printing jobs and shipment with a customized requirement, at the most affordable price. I would definitely go out of my way to same location, just because of the excellent customer service. Double thumbs up for the courteous environment.

I drive out of my way to go to this UPS store. The employees are very professional and helpful. There has always been someone behind the counter. They are customer focused with things like a basket of toys to keep young children busy and family friendly radio playing.
